JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel. But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

PPengguna TetamuAn outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

PPengguna TetamuThe pictures were so promising, the actual property is just next level. Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home. We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes. We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all. In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine. We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet). We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool. Thanks Jane! And please thank ayi on our behalf for the yummy meals.

MMeishixialiudayihaorenwu住的很愉快的兩個晚上，泳池不小哦，女兒兩晚都去泳池撲騰了一個多小時，還去民宿自帶的娛樂室中的ktv玩了2小時 個人覺得設備不錯，還有一張自動麻將桌。早餐廳裏還有張桌球桌，感覺老闆夫妻是懂什麼叫度假的。莫干山很美，但是真的太熱了就沒去瑤塢啊爬山這類的暴曬項目受罪，但想着來都來了，就開車就近打卡了網紅咖啡店和飯店。老闆娘服務很好還很有愛，店裡小鳥小魚小貓小狗，後面得知外面草地那邊還散養了一衹垂耳兔就真的很驚喜，兔兔也不是很怕生，最有趣的是 回家朋友就説家裡生了小垂耳兔一個多月了，過兩天我們就去帶回來。總之很愉快的一次住宿體驗

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was beyond kind and made sure to communicate with me daily through WeChat (as there was a language barrier and they wanted to make sure the communication has no problems) about dinner reservations and cleaning the room. They made sure to provide a wonderful experience and helped me with all my requests. They also had an outdoor pool which can be used at any time along with 3 possible walking paths. 2 leading into the mountain and the third leading back to the lake you pass on your way to the hotel. I also tried the lunch and dinner which were both filling to the point where I could not finish the food (although I tried my best), both were 48rmb and 130rmb respectively. The breakfast is also just Chinese dishes, but filling and full of flavor. I also got to take home some homemade snacks! I also tried the outdoor hot tub for 480 rmb, which was worth the money. They provided some snacks, a warm drink and nature provided the rest. The only thing that could have been better is if it had rained. There are also a lot of places to sit and relax. You can play guitar, read, drink tea, and more! And of course a lot of places to take great pictures of your holiday. Finally, make sure to try their homemade plum liquor and to spend time with the cats! They are adorable (one took over my bed and we cuddled while I read)!!

PPengguna TetamuI'm usually a budget traveler but I treated myself to a stay at naked stables this Christmas. It was wonderful. The service was great (my host Simmons was lovely), the location is beautiful, all the food was delicious. They delivered a surprise dessert to my room on Christmas eve, and lots of gifts of fruit and vegetables from the farm. There was a problem with my bath on the first day so they moved me to a better room. I did lots of activities (archery, pottery, bamboo weaving etc). I loved everything and I wish I could stay there all the time!

JJuliaFThis is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at this hotel before when it was still Huttopia, now the area has expanded and offers more activities (horse riding, petting zoo). The concept of staying in wooden cabins in the middle of a bamboo forest is unique, the scent of pine wood is pleasant and very relaxing. This is a dog-friendly hotel, cleaning fee is 200 yuan per stay which is reasonable. I strongly recommend this place to people with dogs as there are many paths in the area to take dogs for a walk, without worrying about traffic, the area is closed off to public, only cars with special permit can drive around. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from, both Chinese and Western. And real COFFEE! Afternoon tea was delicious, shrimp with mango sauce and spicy salmon on a toast both tasted like Thai food and were super fresh! The hotel offers facilities for everyone - playground and swimming pool for children, outdoor sauna + jacuzzi for adults. We loved going to sauna surrounded by bamboo and then taking a cold shower outside, it’s so refreshing on a sunny winter day! We love this place and we will surely be back.

RRyanShanghaiWe recently stayed at Moganshan Mountain Villa for one night and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by stunning scenery that really allows you to appreciate the natural beauty of Moganshan. The interior of the hotel is also very pleasant, with comfortable and well-maintained facilities that make for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful throughout our visit and were always willing to assist when needed. At times, however, some staff members came across as a little blunt. A warmer, friendlier approach and a few more smiles would help create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests. There are also a couple of areas where the hotel could be improved. An outdoor table tennis table would be a great addition and would provide another enjoyable activity for guests. Additionally, my girlfriend got a splinter in her foot around the pool area, so it may be worth checking the surfaces there to ensure they are safe and well maintained. Despite these minor points, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

FF.Po.Very nice place, isolated and peaceful. Very big rooms with comfortable bed for excellent rest. I also appreciated the design of the common areas. All the staff, and in particular the guy ”Mark” (who spoke a good English for the standards), was very kind and professional, I felt like I was at home. I loved also the Chinese breakfasts!
