JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel. But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

PPengguna TetamuThe pictures were so promising, the actual property is just next level. Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home. We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes. We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all. In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine. We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet). We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool. Thanks Jane! And please thank ayi on our behalf for the yummy meals.

PPengguna TetamuGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

AAlexRJSuperb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was beyond kind and made sure to communicate with me daily through WeChat (as there was a language barrier and they wanted to make sure the communication has no problems) about dinner reservations and cleaning the room. They made sure to provide a wonderful experience and helped me with all my requests. They also had an outdoor pool which can be used at any time along with 3 possible walking paths. 2 leading into the mountain and the third leading back to the lake you pass on your way to the hotel. I also tried the lunch and dinner which were both filling to the point where I could not finish the food (although I tried my best), both were 48rmb and 130rmb respectively. The breakfast is also just Chinese dishes, but filling and full of flavor. I also got to take home some homemade snacks! I also tried the outdoor hot tub for 480 rmb, which was worth the money. They provided some snacks, a warm drink and nature provided the rest. The only thing that could have been better is if it had rained. There are also a lot of places to sit and relax. You can play guitar, read, drink tea, and more! And of course a lot of places to take great pictures of your holiday. Finally, make sure to try their homemade plum liquor and to spend time with the cats! They are adorable (one took over my bed and we cuddled while I read)!!

The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the entire property feels like a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every part of the resort feels carefully thought out and well maintained. A special shout-out to Alice Ma at Naked Bites — she was genuinely one of the highlights of the trip. Her service was warm, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly energy really made the dining experience special. She is an absolute star and a credit to the resort.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was absolutely amazing! We had stayed at this hotel before when it was still Huttopia, now the area has expanded and offers more activities (horse riding, petting zoo). The concept of staying in wooden cabins in the middle of a bamboo forest is unique, the scent of pine wood is pleasant and very relaxing. This is a dog-friendly hotel, cleaning fee is 200 yuan per stay which is reasonable. I strongly recommend this place to people with dogs as there are many paths in the area to take dogs for a walk, without worrying about traffic, the area is closed off to public, only cars with special permit can drive around. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from, both Chinese and Western. And real COFFEE! Afternoon tea was delicious, shrimp with mango sauce and spicy salmon on a toast both tasted like Thai food and were super fresh! The hotel offers facilities for everyone - playground and swimming pool for children, outdoor sauna + jacuzzi for adults. We loved going to sauna surrounded by bamboo and then taking a cold shower outside, it’s so refreshing on a sunny winter day! We love this place and we will surely be back.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama1房間問題 本身選擇的大床房 後面由於電梯問題給我們挑了標間 但是進了房間之後發現擋住風景影響視線 又在打電話給前台要求更換 以房滿的理由遭到拒絕 可是我明明選擇的是大床房 當時説是有房的 2環境問題 走進一樓電梯附近有難聞的氣味 房間裏無法自己調控空調模式 比如我們去的時候温度幾近夏天 可是被告知衹有制熱的模式 燈光陰暗且燈有一處發生故障 隔音差且能聽到隔壁電視台的聲音 3態度問題 房間熱卻未作出任何迴應處理 最後祝大家生活愉快

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town. The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough. Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too
