The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit.
