"Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles."

No. 1 of Premium Hotels in Hami"一直想去哈密，糾結那些酒店不是快捷酒店就是老舊的酒店，沒有滿意的酒店，所以一直沒成行，在攜程上搜到華凱國際酒店後，瞭解到該酒店是2025年九月份開業的新酒店，瀏覽到酒店的環境、配套、配置標準定位都比較高，才下了決心這次出行。酒店大堂乾淨整潔、房間佈局合理，2米的大床軟硬合適，特別是枕頭睡着很舒服，有兩種軟硬的枕頭👍。酒店還很貼心，不但有標配的浴巾、毛巾，還貼心的配一次性毛巾、浴巾、馬桶墊、泡浴浴缸套（見圖），讓人用的放心。酒店很細心，考慮到哈密的天氣比較乾燥，房間配備了加濕器，配了多支支裝水（新疆的天氣每天差不多要喝十支水都覺得幹），樓層電梯外也貼心的放着支裝水供住客飲用。餐廳裏的早餐品種很豐富，點心、咖啡、水果一應俱全，粥都有四種，炒飯炒粉、蒸粗糧，總而言之，華凱國際酒店滿足了我這個經常外出、要求比較高、衹住五星級酒店的南方人的要求，住的很舒服、服務也很到位，餐食也很不錯。酒店前台服務也很好，禮貌又温馨。下次去哈密還會住這家酒店，希望酒店能一如既往的保持服務、保持標準，房間乾淨整潔衞生。讓更多的住客感受到你們的誠意和新疆人的熱情好客。
酒店一樓餐廳門口刷卡的服務人員的禮貌和熱情還是需要提高一下，基本上就是拿了卡刷一下，不會打招呼的。以上是住了五晚的體驗感。"

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. "在312國道附近，但不臨近國道所以還蠻安靜的，可以睡個好覺。對於自駕太友好了，第二天上連霍高速非常方便。停車位很多，充電樁目測也不少。
雖説是在國道附近，但去市區也就20分鐘，相比於市區的酒店，這裏又新又便宜，性價比蠻高的。前台小姐姐們也非常nice，推薦。"
