Cari Hotel 3-Star di Hami

We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

The room is basic and the toilet is really small. The toilet’s layout is very inconvenient. However the customer service is good. If you’re looking to just sleep for the night, it’s okay. We’re given a whole Hami Melon when checking out.

Excellent cleanliness, Good location, Excellent service, Excellent amenities

Good: big clean room with a nice bathroom/shower (good pressure). Bad: long check in process for foreigners (~15 min, have to fill in a bunch of info ourselves), didnt have the advertised station pick up. Neutral: breakfast, good flavor but very limited and kind of cold already at 9am

We enjoyed staying in this hotel as location is quiet and breakfast great! Staff friendly and helpful. There was also aircon too! Strongly recommended! 👍👍😊😊

Love the stay. Love the comfort of the room. Since it is a small town nothing is too far for Didi. However if u prefer walking, places are a distant away.
