Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Very helpful staff. I thought it was very good value and I would stay there again

房間很新，剛裝修好，衞生條件很好。 鬧中取靜的一家酒店。在縣政府對面，臨近美食街，不遠處有人工湖。北側窗可以看到遠處的草原。出酒店往西幾百米就是德勝門，吃完飯散步可以看夕陽。離清代糧倉也衹有幾百米，非常方便，交通便利。

The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

非常好的一家酒店，停車場超級大，像我這樣自駕的朋友感覺很好，停車後可以整備一下車輛，服務人員也很友好，保安大叔會指揮停車，還問我有沒有需要拉的行李，其他工作人員也都很熱情，一路自駕過來，甘肅人民新疆人民的熱情真的讓我感動，房間衞生乾淨，設施也都很新，離開時還會回來的！😄😄😄

It's interesting to see you're greeted by a robot when you enter the building. The glass atomization in the bathroom is quite interesting as well. The personnel is helpful. The amount of restaurants close by is a bit limited than what I'm used to in China, but there are some.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel as location is quiet and breakfast great! Staff friendly and helpful. There was also aircon too! Strongly recommended! 👍👍😊😊

設施都还算新，但不知为什么洗澡水流量很小，刚开始几分鐘还行，往后就越來越小，免强洗完！开始洗手台水也小后来前台稍丰满点的小姑娘热情給修后好了一些，设施一星扣于此处！服务扣一星是感覺个別人员态度比较冷淡！总体来说此酒店还是值得一住的！特別是老板，因行李較多想换间大一点的房間时，积极想办法解決，给这种态度点赞👍

設施：挺好的有浴缸，酒店的一次性泡澡袋20，可以外賣8塊倆，水壓太小了，上水慢，空間挺大，收300按金，第一次遇見這麼多按金的，比房價都貴 衞生：挺好的，乾乾淨淨的 環境：有停車的，方便自駕遊 服務：一般吧

2不得不誇這家酒店真的超出預期，大堂和公共區域乾淨大氣，客房採光很好、空間寬敞通透，衞生做得特別到位，角落都沒有灰塵異味，洗漱用品齊全好用，隔音效果也很棒，晚上特別安靜不吵鬧。前台服務温柔貼心，態度親和又有耐心，細節之處特別用心，入住感拉滿，是一次非常舒心愜意的住宿體驗。
