Hotel Sanming dengan Sarapan

設施：其實民宿的設施都差不多，滿足日常住店需求；不足的是標雙的房間，一床衹有一枕頭，想添加回復説沒有備用的了。 衞生：可以 環境：民宿位置離碼頭近，停車方便；門口就是大金湖，晚飯後可以散步； 服務：民宿主理人是導遊出身，服務還是比較熱情；早餐簡單，但能吃飽。 不足的是：隔音不好，民宿二樓全是設計成餐飲包間，住宿都在三樓，那天九點多還有人在聚餐喝酒，聲音很響；晚歸回來的客人的走路、説話也聽的清楚；另外三樓的熱水的水壓很小，可能是同時有在用水，洗澡的時候一會大一會小，建議增加壓力閥。

I stayed in the Zhuangyuanlou wing which is on a higher ground of the village. The view there is absolutely fabulous as it overlooked the village and the mountains, exactly as depicted in the property photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is located inside the village and you have to buy the entry ticket, but it was very cheap. It will be difficult to locate the place within the village; it is better if you ask the security guard at the entrance to call the owner of Caiyuanli to fetch you. The room is well designed with a zen vibe, very apt for such a tranquil scenic village. The in-room amenities are modern and new. I would definitely stay here if I visit the village again.

Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

優點： 1、酒店位置好，知名小吃都在附近（2公里內），步行都能到； 2、樓下大排檔很好吃，基本都是本地人提前定位置，粿條不是網紅店，但人依舊很多人；附近有永輝超市+公園。 3、酒店服務不錯，還有免費抽獎； 4、房間乾淨整凈，難得的是全屋智能家電，夜燈模式很友好。 缺點： 1.酒店停車指引不明顯，第一次到店基本找不到入口，好在附近路邊車位很多，停車也不是難題。 2.酒店隔音有點差，商家應該也考慮到了，雙層玻璃，但走廊開關門聲音明顯。 總體是不錯滴，如果有機會，應該還會入住。

超乎預期的完美入住體驗！ 這次入住真的讓我非常驚喜！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。前台工作人員態度極其友好，辦理入住高效專業，更令人驚喜的是，他們還主動為我的房間免費升級了房型，讓這次旅行一開始就有了好心情。 升級後的房間窗外風景絕佳，視野開闊，優美的城市/自然風光盡收眼底，讓人心曠神怡。房間內部設計簡約而精緻，床品柔軟舒適，設施一應俱全，細節之處盡顯用心。 地理位置更是沒得説，酒店離景區非常近，步行即可到達，周邊餐飲購物也很便利，無論是出行遊玩還是品嚐美食都省心省力。 總的來説，這次體驗遠超預期，性價比超高。強烈推薦給追求品質的旅友們，下次來一定還會再選擇這裏！

We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

這次入住體驗真的特別好，首先房間衞生做得特別到位，整體收拾得乾乾淨淨，床鋪整潔舒適，室內沒有異味，各個角落都打掃得很仔細，住着特別舒心。 酒店地理位置十分優越，離大潤發超市特別近，日常採購購物特別方便，周邊還有熱鬧的夜市，晚上出門逛街覓食、休閑散步都特別愜意，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，出行遊玩特別便利。 而且酒店就在和政府街道一棟樓裏，環境規整，人流量適中又很安穩，安保方面讓人很放心，入住起來安全感滿滿，出行方便又居家安心。整體性價比很高，真心推薦大家前來入住，下次過來還會選擇這家！

Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

A pretty good place if you want to be central to Ninghua County sights. Just one point I would like to make: we asked the front desk for a suggestion for a decent place for dinner. The woman on duty said she knew nothing about the area—so left us completely on our own to find a place. I view that as poor service by the hotel—failing to realize how much it helps customers who are new to a city if you can give them a few suggestions for where to eat.
