The landlord demonstrates exceptional hospitality, providing guidance on optimizing time in Taining and assisting with ticket arrangements for local attractions such as the Dajin Lake cruise, Shangqingxi bamboo rafting, Jiulongtan night light excursion, and Zhaixia Grand Canyon. Additionally, transportation service to scenic areas and the train station is arranged at a reasonable rate, ensuring a seamless experience.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in the Zhuangyuanlou wing which is on a higher ground of the village. The view there is absolutely fabulous as it overlooked the village and the mountains, exactly as depicted in the property photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is located inside the village and you have to buy the entry ticket, but it was very cheap. It will be difficult to locate the place within the village; it is better if you ask the security guard at the entrance to call the owner of Caiyuanli to fetch you. The room is well designed with a zen vibe, very apt for such a tranquil scenic village. The in-room amenities are modern and new. I would definitely stay here if I visit the village again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama出門旅行，選對一家酒店，真的能讓整個旅途幸福感翻倍。這次偶然入住的這家酒店，完全超出了我的預期，毫不誇張地説，直接挖到了出行住宿的寶藏，忍不住想把這份實打實的驚喜分享給每一個人。
剛到酒店辦理入住，就被前台小姐姐的服務狠狠圈粉。她不僅長相温婉，待人接物更是温柔又耐心，不管是詢問房型、諮詢周邊出行，還是辦理入住手續，全程都面帶微笑，語氣輕柔，全程沒有一絲不耐煩，第一印象就格外加分，讓人剛踏入酒店就感受到滿滿的暖意。入住後我發現自己傷口發炎，着急沒有消毒用品，便試着去前台詢問能不能提供碘伏，沒想到小姐姐特別爽快地答應，沒一會兒就親自把碘伏送到了房間，態度依舊熱情和善，絲毫沒有敷衍，這份貼心舉動，瞬間讓陌生的旅途多了份暖意，真的格外讓人感動。
住宿安全永遠是我最看重的一點，這家酒店在這方面做得格外用心。酒店電梯採用房卡刷卡通行的模式，沒有對應的房卡根本無法乘坐電梯到達對應樓層，極大地保障了住客的人身與財產安全。不管是獨自出行的女生，還是帶着孩子的家庭，住在這樣的酒店裡，不用時刻擔心安全問題，能徹底放下心來安心休息，這份實打實的安全感真的太難得了。
酒店的衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，這也是最讓我驚喜的地方。推開客房門的那一刻，一股清新淡雅的香氣撲面而來，不是刺鼻的濃香，而是讓人身心放鬆的淡香，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。放眼望去，房間裏各個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一絲灰塵和雜物，細節之處都打理得十分到位。我特意仔細檢查了床單、被罩、枕套等床品，乾淨整潔、平整無污漬，摸起來乾爽舒適，能看得出來是認真清洗消毒過的，躺上去睡覺完全放心，睡眠質量都變好了。
除了基礎的乾淨整潔，酒店的貼心細節更是讓人好感倍增。客房淋浴間做了標準的乾濕分離設計，洗澡時不會弄濕整個衞生間，洗漱、淋浴互不打擾，使用起來十分方便。更讓人驚喜的是，衞生間裏還貼心準備了一次性馬桶座墊，這個小細節真的直擊人心。就連衞生間裏配備的吹風機都格外好用，配有多種風力模式，風力很足，吹頭髮省時又省力，完全不用像住其他酒店那樣，要等很久才能吹乾，連衞生間的小電器都選得這麼用心，足以看出酒店的滿滿誠意。
一次完美的住宿體驗，從來都不是靠華麗的裝修，而是藏在貼心的服務、安心的保障、乾淨的環境和暖心的細節裏。這家酒店沒有讓人失望，每一處都做到了讓人滿意，無論是周到的服務、周全的安全保障，還是細緻入微的衞生與細節，都戳中了出行住客的核心需求。不管是短途出行還是長途旅行，這裏都是絕佳的住宿選擇。真心推薦給所有正在找酒店的朋友，入住之後你一定會和我一樣，徹底愛上這裏，下次再來，這裏依舊是我的首選！

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is super beautiful. All new and clean. Hotel stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. A lot of parking space outside. Rooms are big, comfortable and well-designed. It had all the necessary amenities. There was a great choice of movies and TV series in English free of charge. Breakfast was delicious as well, many choices of not only Chinese dishes, but als western food. We really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it.
Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere.
Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

PPengguna TetamuVery close to Wanda shopping mall. The staff are friendly and helpful, but nobody speaks not even a little bit English. There's no restaurant, and that is a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean, but a bit noisy at times. There aren't enough sockets out in the balcony area, and there isn't a good place that can be used as a working desk.
