We stayed in B&Bs for the first few days. My daughter said she wanted to change her accommodation, so I thought I should find a chain hotel. I ended up regretting it. To sum it up, it can be summed up in two words - decoration. The free parking is just for show. The hotel has free parking spaces, but not many. If it gets late, you can only find a parking space along the street nearby (there will be a fee, which the hotel will reimburse). It was really inconvenient for us to bring a lot of luggage and a baby with us. The desk lamp is just a decoration and keeps flashing. The table is a decoration and you need to level it yourself. The towels were just for decoration (we did bring our own), but looking at them covered in blood and paint was scary. Oh, yes, the biggest decoration is the air conditioner, which has no cooling mode. I called the front desk and they said: There is only one mode for one building, and it is heating now. I said it was too hot and I couldn't sleep, so the front desk asked the aunt to send a fan. But when the aunt came, she said it was not summer, and the fans were all put away... There are also advantages: the hotel is relatively new, the area is quite lively, the scenery on the other side is also nice, and the robot delivers things slowly but it can get there. I gave up on the hotel breakfast and went to find an old brand nearby, so I won’t comment on it."

"I booked a business suite and a twin room for 600+ for 3 nights each. If I didn't have a lot of luggage and was too lazy to bother, I would definitely change hotels... "Had a wonderful experience from start to end. At the point of check-in, assistance was rendered immediately and the staff explained how their air-conditioner system works so as to avoid misunderstanding. Grateful that the upgraded room they assigned me was on a non-smoking floor as per my request. The room offered a gorgeous mountain view. The hotel is centrally located, near shopping malls and Sanming Museum as well as the tranquil Shaxi Brook and Sanming Bridge which looks pretty at night when lit. Breakfast on the 7th floor offered a good view along with a good variety of food. I enjoyed the freshly cooked wonton and local delights. It is thoughtful of the hotel to offer takeaway cups for hotel guests who can't afford the time to sit down for a hot drink. During check-out, I was assisted by a very friendly and helpful 小猪 who patiently addressed my queries. This is my second Hampton hotel stay after my last stay in Zhangjiajie's Hampton and Hampton has not disappointed. Thank you for contributing to my lovely trip memories, Hampton and your Sanming staff."
