"Das Hotelzimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Mir persönlich fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Kaffee/Teebereiter suf den Zimmern. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, obwohl das Poolwasser ziemlich kühl ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Mich persönlich hat jedoch die extrem abgenutzte Bestuhlung im Speisebereich erschreckt. Solch ein Bestuhlung dem Gast zuzumuten ist frech von der Geschäftsführung.
Das muss dringend abgeändert werden."

"Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten (Fahrt mit der Strassenbahn) vom Hauptbahnhof in einer Strasse etwas abseits der Innenstadt.
Wir waren bei Ankunft gegen 23.30 Uhr etwas enttäuscht, dass ein internationales Hotel der Dorint-Kette keine Getränke mehr an der Bar ausschenkt, sondern nur auf ein minimales Angebot aus dem Rezeptionskühlschrank aufweist. In vergleichsweise deutlich kleineren Hotels haben wir oft die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Rezeption in der Lage ist, die Bar zum Ausschank der Getränke zu bedienen.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Einrichtungsstil entspricht den 90er Jahren."

"중앙역에서 도보로 8분 정도 걸리고
중심지와 매우 가까워서 여행자에게 딱 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 건물은 오래돼 보이지만 내부 시설은 아주 깔끔하고 새거같아요. 방도 아주 넓고 침대 4개 뿐만 아니라 가운데 넓게 공간이 있어서 공간을 활용하기가 정말 좋아요.
아쉬운 점은 수건을 돈을 내고 빌려야한다는 점이구요
방 화장실 샤워부스가 미끌미끌거려요. 청소가 안되어서 물 때가 낀 느낌? 화장실은 바로바로 청소를 해주시면 좋을 것 같아요!
전체적으로 너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다!
사진은 주방밖에 없네요 ㅎㅎ"

"Die Lage ist jetzt nicht wirklich schön, ABER! Durch die Freundlichkeit und Service wird alles entschädigt. Mit dem Auto jedoch kein Problem überall hinzufahren. Zumal es genügend kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten im Umkreis gibt."

PPengguna TetamuNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters.

CChongLocation is superb, just across the train station and convenient to walk around the square where actions are happening on Saturday night. Breakfast spread is good, room is decent size with minimalist decor. Front desk was kind to loan me a universal adapter.

TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

GGlennWas stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.

AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
