"A nice ”old chic” hotel with its own charm. Beautiful decoration, loved the Art Nouveau windows and my window with the view of the citrus garden! A very good location, close to the Promenade des Anglais, the town centre, the Old Nice, the cakes, etc. Good price for me."

"Lovely staff. Close to train station, handy for trips to Monaco, Ville Franche, Cannes. Close to Tram 1, which drops you at Jean Medicin (tram 2 to airport), Place Massena (going out area and dining), Old Nice (market, close yo going up the mountain, scenic views) Close yo main shopping street, walking down to the beach takes about 15-20 mins. Lidl and Carefour City a 5 minute walk away. Eateries and bakers on hotel's doorstep⁵. Bonus, I was surprised by a free upgrade (single room to twin with a terrace)."

My Deluxe room was incredibly spacious, big, and super comfy, with a plush bed and sleek marble bathroom. The staff, were warm and attentive, making every moment seamless. Pet-friendly perks and a fair-trade espresso machine added a special touch. This elegant, modern haven is a Riviera gem—I’m already dreaming of my next visit! 🤩

PPengguna Tetamu設施：酒店感覺挺新的，設施很全，有電磁爐有微波爐有冰箱，還有一整套餐具，對於想自己做菜的朋友可以選擇這個酒店，還有個不小的餐桌可以燒完直接上菜吃。衞生間是乾濕分離的，廁所馬桶是單獨在進門處旁的小隔間，淋雨盆浴在大床旁。大床和梳化床以及餐桌區域可以拉上簾子隔開成兩個空間。不過可能房間設施挺多的，感覺攤開兩個箱子就會比較擁擠，但是如果衹是兩人居住就很寬敞了應該。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 環境：周圍都是大型酒店，感覺路上車比人多吧，離尼斯saint august火車站最近，走走大概七八分鐘吧，這個火車站有電梯，對拖行李還是比較友好，但是是露天的，下雨可能就比較麻煩，幸好我們一直是大晴天☀️。離機場稍微再遠些。apple地圖不準本想找着地圖找一個所謂的supermarket看上去很近，得到當地開車正在停車的居民幫助告訴我們地圖上標的不對，要搜carrefour才對，忘另外一個方向才對。 服務：挺禮貌的，可以免費寄存行李和使用大廳的廁所。

PPengguna TetamuA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot. The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property. The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them. Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack. The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle. The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower. View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

CClare74A comfortable and enjoyable 1 nights stay. Close to supermarket and all attractions. An amazing breakfast with a good variation. The room was very big and clean, comfortable Queen bed. The service was great, a welcome chocolates and hot chocolate on arrival and at anytime. The staff also arranged a morning taxi to the airport. Would highly recommend and stay again!

TThé au laitVery nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.
