A fantastic hotel, close to the old town and all the attractions. Comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfasts are tasty, with something for everyone. And the staff are always helpful and smiling. I highly recommend it.

The hotel stay was excellent. The quality for the price point exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel during a stay in Nice. The location was ideal too.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Close to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

The location is far from the city but I could say the location is perfect! It is near the airport 1 tram away, near train and tram stations that could go anywhere! It was peacful and quite. I love that it is equipped with a small kitchenet complete with all necessities so you could make a simple breakfast before going oit to explore. A nice balcony to hang out i love that.the room is huge! Stayed here for 5 days heads up to other travellers because you have to think its your own apartment not a hotel no daily housekeeping you have to clean after yourself broom is provided but dust is accumulated quickly so vaccum is needed and the housekeeping is kind enough to lend us the vaccum for a whil, e another thing The bathroom has an unpleasant smell tolerated it till the end , had to throw your garbage Regardless still recommend this place.

This hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit.

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff. Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

Room was a good size and had a kitchen with dishwasher. They had blackout curtains which was nice. However the room was very noisy next to the road where the bin Lorrie’s came around 12 o’clock at night. Also when we switched rooms, there was loud music around 7:00pm. The lady at reception was very friendly and nice but the older man at reception was quite rude when I told him I accidentally used the private washing machine (which was also next to the communal one which was confusing). Finally, the shower was weak and the hairdryer was not strong enough- to the point my wife had to go to a hairdresser and pay €30 for wash and dry.

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
