GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

SSampson深度遊Conveniently located, warm hotel. It's about 10 minutes away from the restaurant street Place du Pin, so it's easy to find food and drinks. The hotel is clean and has free water and sparkling water, which is very friendly to tourists visiting France in the hot summer. In addition, 2 welcome drinks will be given upon check-in. We chose beer and it tasted good. The hotel has an underground parking lot with about 10 parking spaces. It is recommended to reserve it in advance when booking. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow, so be careful when entering. The only drawback is that the shower head has a thin water flow, which is not comfortable enough when taking a shower.

AAnonymous UserIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

KKmcchauRoom is clean, very close to nice city centre. The staff was very welcoming, close to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. Restaurants in the area are quite decent, you can reach the beach within 10 mins of walking.
The breakfast is a bit expensive(＞20 eur).

AAnonymous UserClose to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection.

GGuest UserSorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night.
Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often.
I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
