"It was a very lovely little hotel situated close to the central train station and was located within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Although the hotel itself and my room looked dated, the hotel and my hotel room were yet very clean, comfortable and cosy. The included breakfast was well worth the price and scale of this hotel. Overall highly recommended."

YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

VVirgieHThe hotel is located at the heart of happenings, restaurants, museums, exhibitions and shopping malls. The building is historical, the interior is with modern minimalist design with a touch of classics, such as its beautiful wooden floor and doors.
The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy ”Buongiorno” every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

PPengguna TetamuL'hotel è posizionato proprio di fronte alla stazione Porta Nuova, posizione molto strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi senza avere il peso dei bagagli al seguito.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Al momento del check-in ci hanno chiesto se avremmo preferito una camera con il letto matrimoniale (al posto dei 2 letti singoli accostati). Inoltre, avendo espresso il timore di sentire il rumore del traffico e del tram ci hanno spontaneamente cambiato camera dandocene una posizionata sul lato interno. La camera era veramente confortevole e silenziosa, molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino favoloso!
Lo stile è un po' retrò ma elegante.
Nell'hotel è presente anche una SPA ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo.
Non abbiamo scelto la colazione ma a poche centinaia di metri ci sono bar e pasticcerie. Consiglio Pasticceria e cioccolateria Pfatish, strepitosa!

PPengguna TetamuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

AaciccuLa camera era molto pulita e ordinata.
Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio.
Presente un televisore a schermo piatto.
Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita.
Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo.
L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

SSonofEzraThe hotel has a lovely atmosphere; however, the facilities were below expectations for a 4-star property. The floor was not clean, the room was very basic and there were no refreshments available, such as tea, coffee or water. The hot water and shower pressure could also be improved. While I appreciated the design and the breakfast (with the exception of the eggs, which were inconsistent in quality), the layout is not ideal for blind guests, as there are several hazardous corners. That said, the cappuccino was excellent and the waiter was very pleasant.
