CChoco CarameliciousI chose this hotel because of its location and really good nightly price for a ryokan, which exceeded my expectations. I was also amazed by how massive the hotel was. Overall, I had an exceptional experience staying here.
It’s less than an 6-minute walk from Gero Station. The hotel seems to wait for each train’s arrival to pick up guests, which was a nice gesture. We arrived quite early—several hours before check-in—but were able to store our luggage. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff who attended to us did an excellent job explaining the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities. The service was truly top-notch.
The room we reserved was very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and arrange our belongings. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable—I slept very well.
The breakfast was wonderful. The dining hall is large and well-organized; despite how crowded it gets during breakfast time, it didn’t feel packed. The food selection was remarkable, with a wide variety of dishes to try.
The onsen was incredible. I took multiple baths while trying out the different public onsen—there are three at the hotel, each offering a unique vibe.
The facilities and amenities were exactly as advertised in the Services & Amenities section. Out of my recent two-week trip, this accommodation will be the most memorable—not only because I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but also because I won Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5 figures from the claw machines in their game corner. It was so much fun.

PPengguna TetamuThis is such a lovely small hotel. The location is perfect—we could easily walk to all the main attractions in town. The room was very clean and cozy. I especially loved the 'puk-pik' (super cute) breakfast they served in the morning; it was clearly made with a lot of heart. Although the price was a bit on the higher side during my stay, the overall experience and convenience were well worth it!

橙橙色空間下呂温泉位於日本三大名泉之一，以其優質的温泉水質和優美的自然環境而聞名。我在下呂温泉的一家傳統日式旅館的入住體驗非常愉快。
首先，旅館的建築風格融合了傳統的日式美學與現代舒適設施，讓人一踏入便能感受到濃厚的日式風情。旅館的服務人員非常熱情友好，他們用流利的日語和一些英語為我提供了周到的服務，讓我感到賓至如歸。
接下來是温泉體驗，下呂温泉的水質清澈，含有豐富的礦物質，對皮膚有很好的滋養作用。我特別喜歡在露天温泉中泡澡，尤其是在夜晚，一邊享受着温暖的泉水，一邊仰望星空，那種寧靜和放鬆的感覺難以言表。
晚餐則是另一大亮點，旅館提供的懷石料理精緻美味，每一道菜都是藝術品，不僅色香味俱佳，而且食材新鮮，充分展現了日本料理的魅力。
總的來説，這次在下呂温泉的住宿體驗非常美好，無論是温泉、服務還是美食都給我留下了深刻的印象，是一次難忘的旅行經歷。

PPengguna TetamuThis is the best onsen hotel we’ve stayed in, among those we’ve stayed in for the past 12 years! We stayed here for 2 nights.
We’ve extremely grateful to the hosts for their outstanding service and hospitality from the heart. Loved the thoughtfully varied menu for each meal.
The establishment is spotlessly clean and excellently maintained. Each morning, our towels and yukata (hotel gowns) were replaced. So were the amenities ( fragrant green tea packs, snacks). The housekeeping staff even offered to mop our rooms after only one night’s stay.
The wifi was also fast and sustained well in the guest room and public lounge areas. There are facilities to cater to a wide range of age groups from seniors like us and children too. There were ample resting chairs in the lounge and on the way to the historian’s well as guest rooms.
The best facility was the hot springs! They are
exactly as depicted in the hotel website. Numerous indoor pools of various temperature all have the renowned ‘beautifying’ odorless alkaline water. My skin felt so smooth and moisturized after only one soak.
What’s more the hot springs stay open for in-house guests from 10.30 am to 11 pm and day-trip visitors from 10.30 am to 8 pm. In-house guests can also use the hotsprings early from 6 to 9 am. There is a European dry sauna as well as wet steam rooms in both make and female hotspring areas.
We would love to stay here again!

Hotel is very nice clean n unique with pulley type lift. Good buffet spread. Definitely a good value for money stay.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama20代女性5人で一泊しました。とっても綺麗でビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。カラオケは1時間、卓球は30分で名前などを記入し予約して使える感じです。駐車場が無料でありがたかったです。しかし、駐車場やホテルまで手前の道がとっても上り坂なので駅から徒歩はしんどいと思います。下呂プリンのお店まで徒歩は結構しんどいと思います。下呂プリンのお店の方まで行きたい時は近くの有料駐車場に停めて歩いて行きました。浴衣にはたくさんの種類があり身長に分かれていろんなデザインがありました。

FFanfanfanfan和隔壁富岳是姐妹酒店，還沒走到門口酒店的老爺爺就過來確認是否是入住的，人員名字都對上了，走的時候也是，預約了穿梭巴士，很早老爺爺就在門口等着我們，我們出門逛還貼心的為我們準備地圖，老一輩日本人服務真的沒的説，早晚餐有專門的房間吃，味道還不錯，房間有私湯，打開窗户就是户外私湯嘿嘿，還有樓上樓下幾個湯池，老婆一天泡了三遍，把所有湯池都泡了，下呂不大，就適合慢慢的逛半天，吃一些小吃，回酒店品嚐美食，看看雪，泡泡湯

PPengguna Tetamuはじめて宿泊しました。部屋も広く、部屋付きの露天風呂も大きくてとても良かったです！
ただ、駐車場がせまいと聞いていましてので、事前に確認の電話を入れました。旅館前に来てもらえれば誘導、案内しますので大丈夫とのこと。しかし、実際には誘導もなく、荷物も離れた駐車場から自分たちで運んでください、と言われました。こちらから、はじめに荷物預かってくださいと言わなければ、荷物預かりますとも言ってもらえませんでした。楽しみにしていたので、はじめから残念な気分になりました。
