PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…

PPengguna TetamuWe didn’t expect much when we booked the hotel as it was a 3 star hotel but we were really surprised! It was way better than expected and the service was exceptional. We’ve noticed here in Japan a 3 star hotel is more like a 4/5* anywhere else in the world. They really do think if everything… amenities, coffee/tea. Location very convenient and close to Hiroshima station. Loved the hotel

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was generally clean although there were a couple stains on the couch. The room was quiet which was a plus after a long day of sightseeing. We didn't use the onsen - but thought it was a good amenity to have on site. The room items (toiletries) were kept at the front desk, which helped limit the amount taken by certain guests overtaking products. We thought the location was decent, but still far from the station and the peace memorial park. We would stay here again as the value was decent for what we paid.

TTorchbearerThe Moderate cabin size capsule was a lot better with the locker gate right under the bed with lock and key. No more climbing up and down capsules, while noises from other guests were less with more space. It's also located on 7F, so elevator wait times start becoming an issue. Overall I like the Moderate cabin size better. Staff continues to be accommodating with luggage storage
Location was also accessible enough to make 1st ferry to Miyajima Island first thing in the morning and still be back at a reasonable time in the evening

PPengguna TetamuEverything you’d expect from a very modern Hilton. Clean, very international feel, large. Good amenities. The room was excellent with an American meets Japanese feel. Location is really convenient. Knocked them down as there was a bit of a hard sell of an upgrade at check-in but checkout and the car park/ taxi concierge were excellent. We didn’t go to breakfast but there was a huge amount of people heading that way.

TtherealbabaganoushI had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

JJan LowHotel is not big. Room is not big but it is fully equipped. Room looks new n is very clean. Housekeeping though is every 4 days but they provide clean towels n trash bag in plastic bag n hang it at room door. All staff from parking staff, front desk n kitchen staff were all very friendly. English is adequately understood. Mechanical lift car park service is provided by hotel at ¥1000 per day. It was quite nervous to manoeuvre the car into the tight spaced garage. 2nd night, car was mechanically park incorrectly. This part was rather troublesome as the hotel had to call the car lift company to fix the error. Other parking areas nearby available too. Free breakfast at lobby is various types of onigiri, miso soup n 1 more soup (french onion/ mushroom). Location is perfect, short walk to so many restaurants, departmental store, supermarket, convenient stores. First time tried this hotel n it’s really good. Will come back/ will try out their hotels in other cities as well.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for three nights. The location is strategic and there are many places to eat nearby. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and explained everything well. Sometimes when I returned, they would ask me how my day was 😆. The female staff member who managed the place was also kind and spoke English fluently. Every night, she would ask me if the temperature was comfortable, if I was cold, etc. She was really nice🥹🥹. There is a special room for women with bunk beds for four people, which uses an automatic lock. There’s a spacious luggage storage area, and free Wi-Fi is available. The bed type is a futon, and you have to set up the sheets yourself. Toothbrushes and towels are provided but are paid extras. Overall, it’s fantastic with an extremely affordable price! Thank you so much!😇😇

AAD3KHotel is very near the Peace Memorial Park and only steps away from Chuden-mae streetcar stop. It is also within walking distance of the highway bus station at Sogo department store. My room faces the streetcar stop and is just of perfect size to me. The bathroom is a tad small but hey, this is Japan after all where space is a premium. I didn’t add on breakfast. The hotel provides tea and coffee at the lobby (from 06:00 to midnight) and also offers complimentary nightwear and free rental of pillow. The furniture is a bit dated but still functional. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend especially to solo travellers. And the hotel personnel were so kind and helpful and helped guide me on the streetcars to take to Miyajima and they also sold me the day-ticket. I was able to leave my bags at the lobby before and after checking in and out respectively. To be honest, I’d prepared myself for the worst after reading some reviews but I had a great stay. No regrets!

BBaramee TA simple hotel with free breakfast and dinner. It’s the best value-style hotel I have stayed in so far. The hotel is old but well maintained. The room and the bed was clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were excellent. At this price range,the hotel at this quality is rare.
