PPengguna TetamuVery pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room.
Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel.
Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center!
I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others.
Did not use restaurant.

Zzh3usA delight to be able to stay in this wonderful property. The property is really new and still 'smells new' the highlight facilities are the shower-room next to the swimming pool and the gym. The shower-room is equiped is Dyson hair dryers and has 'unlimited towels' for use. The room is pretty large for japan standards and the parking here is a breeze. Highly recommend! Most shops and eatries are closeby and you can walk there, Donki (open 24 hours) is just about a 10-12 minute walk.

TTheeRyanThe accommodation was actually better then I thought. Starting off the staff was really helpful and was able to speak English. The floors are stuck separated by gender and I was on the sixth floor, which had a nice as well they gave great selection of amenities, such as sleep, clothing, toothbrushes, razors, towels, etc. they had a lounge on each floor where you can just chill in the surrounding areas. It’s pretty nice too with a family Mart being right next-door and nakau across the street as well. Pretty close to the attractions in Hiroshima all within walkable distance.

CChong Ee JayEnjoyed my two nights stay here which was about a 7-8 minutes walk from the Hiroshima station. Staff were very hospitable and there was basic room cleaning services daily.
Was surprised that the hotel offered free breakfast that was very substantial - Onigiri of different flavours, miso soup, salad, bread and coffee too!
There’s also two Landry machines and dryers at level 1 for use. Else there are two laundromats within 5 min walking distance from the hotel for consideration.
From Hiroshima station, you can easily access the tram rides to head to the Atomic Bomb Peace memorial site as well as Hiroshima castle.
Or you can take a train ride to the Miyajima ferry terminal to have day’s expedition to Miyajima island!

EEterNaL_The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.
The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.
The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

DDe XingThe hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help when you enter the hotel. They also understands English when my Japanese fails me haha.
They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase.
They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out.
The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park.
They have sleepwear and amenities you can take opposite the front desk.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is easily accessible by foot and surprisingly a big hotel with escalators (easy for travellers with luggage) and a big hotel lobby (considering that it is a business hotel in Japan). Stayed as a family of 3 (with a child). The room was fine with 2 beds but no space for big luggage. We actually paid extra at the Front Desk for my child to stay together but was disappointed that it does not come with an extra bathroom towel nor room slippers. I asked for 1 more pillow and was rejected too. But one of the male staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful which was a bonus. He gave a suggestion in passing me 2 blankets which I can stack them and use as a pillow. We liked the view from our room too. We are able to see the the busy train tracks with Shinkansen and cargo trains. The stay comes with breakfast and dinner too. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you.
