20 storey hotel. Diagonally from the train station. You have to cross a major road in front of the train station. Good shopping at Mimomoa, which is the shopping mall located on the other end of the train station. As most shops close at 8pm, this supermarket closes much later.Good for last min buys

Loved our stay at Mercure Tokyo Stay Hiroshima. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and overall felt very high quality. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was honestly the best shower I had during my entire trip in Japan. The free snack bar downstairs was an amazing touch and genuinely made the stay even better. The only small criticism is that the room may feel a little compact if more than one person is staying, but otherwise it was very comfortable and well designed. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean hotel, located close to the electric train (trams) Reception is located on the top floor (14) lots of nice accessories available plus lovely snacks and coffee/tea through out the day, highly appreciated. Room was lovely, clean, has small window, but not an issue. Breakfast was standard, and staff were polite. Shops and restaurants on road, easy to walk to memorial park, about 15 minutes, 3 stops from main train station, easy to navigate to Miyajimaguchi island. Wonderful two days.

This property far exceeded my expections. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave. As foreign guests are also using the hotel, I would recommend basic English classes be provided to help in the delivery of the service. Thank you.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, good shower room, towels were replaced every day, i had enjoyed good breakfast there (bread), the staff was super nice.

Überdurchnittlich großes Zimmer mit 3 schiesschartenartig kleinen Fenstern, deren Verdunkelung wegen defekter Rollos tagsüber nicht aufgehoben werden konnte. Großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und Regendusche. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, aber kein Tisch und kein Stuhl, lediglich Sofa und Beistelltisch - also kaum geeignetes Mobiliar um ggf, selbst zubereitete Speisen auch angemessen verzehren zu können. Rigide Beachtung der Check-in-Zeit. Wir mussten unsere Pässe mehrfach vorlegen und anschließend alle persönlichen Angaben vom Geburtsdatum bis zur Adresse selbst in ein PC-Terminal eingeben. Diese Daten waren alle von der Reservierung her bekannt bzw. hätten aus den Pässen ausgelesen werden können. In anderen Hotels waren solche Daten voreingegeben und wir mussten nach deren Kontrolle nur noch unterzeichnen. Das wäre ein Standard, der heute möglicher Digitalisierung entspricht. Auswahl an Amenities ausgesprochen bescheiden. Nur Pulverkaffee verfügbar, keine Dripbags. Für ein Frühstück wurde auf 3 Bahnhof-Cafés verwiesen, die z.T. erst ab 09:00 Uhr offen waren. Die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Fantastic hotel close to memorial park. Service was amazing hotel room well equipped and very clean. Will stay here next time we are back in town

The hotel's location is ideal, as it’s near JR Hiroshima Station, making it easy to connect with other rail lines, and it’s conveniently close to Hiroshima. The Trust Hotels features an artificial hot spring, but it was too small for the number of guests staying here. The hotel's highlights include its breakfast buffet, which offers a variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. All amenities are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about extra costs. The staff is friendly, and they offer self-check-in and check-out. I stayed in the shared hostel type, but you have private rooms, so you can store your belongings inside. I will be back here soon.

We stayed here while passing through Hiroshima and were looking for something relatively close to the main tourist spots. In that sense, we made the right choice — the hotel’s location is good. The rooms are clean and more spacious than in the APA hotel chain, and you can open the window, which is also important. Although the hotel isn’t newly renovated, it doesn’t feel worn out or outdated. One downside — which may be a “minor quirky detail” for travelers not from Asia — is the very low placement of the mirror. If you’re 180–190 cm tall, it will be roughly at chest level. That said, it doesn’t affect a one-night stay at all; it’s just amusing. Keep in mind that check-in time, as is typical in Japan, is strict. You can arrive a bit early, leave your luggage, and go for a walk, but that’s about it. The breakfasts are very good, with a large and tasty selection. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4/5.

Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind. 2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too. 3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes. 4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept) 5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly. Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!
