PPengguna Tetamureally amazing service especially the onsen the adult food. rooms are a little outdated. It did catch us off guard as it was about 1000 USD for two nights for the 3 kids and their meals were like pasta and fries. I am not sure we would have spend this money staying with kids. Better suited for adults or if money really isn't an issue spending already so much at the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuNikk Ststion Hotel Classic is conveniently located a 3 minute walk from Tobu Nikko station and a 2 minute walk from Nikko station. A the name suggests this is a classic hotel so stays here should not come with expectations of grandeur. The hotel is cosy, nonetheless, the service staff polite and helpful and the facilities such as the onsen a the restaurant of good quality. Was please with the outdoor onsen as that allowed fkr a longer soak and a different experience to soaking indoors.
The breakfast was good and unnoticed rhe restaurant lunch and inner menu was very enticing, though we didn’t get to try it out. Saw them plating the food though and it looked very good.
I noticed the hotel has placeholders for a number of rules, perhaps due to past guest behaviour or perhaps otherwise. I did find the many “no” signs a throwback to how it is where I live and subtly a little disquieting
Overall though, we were happy with our one day stay and will be sure to come back to stay here when we next visit Nikko.
Aside: do your homework before visiting Nikko as reservations are needed when visiting sites of interest and knowledge of bus schedules will be very helpful especially if you visit during the peak season where there are many local visitors too due to the religious element.

PPengguna TetamuI want to thank hosts of Akari no yado personally. The hosts were nice and worked really hard to feel ourselves at home. The place was clean and the common room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was old fashioned but if you want modern bathrooms you were able to use the bath house for showers and toilets in the common area. Breakfast is made of pastries and all I had was pretty delicious. You can also have marmalade and margarine with breakfast pastries and there are drinks (tea/coffee/milk/juice) to choose from. We checked out early and hosts prepared our breakfast to go even if it wasn’t breakfast time yet. They even drove us to the station when we asked if they would be able to call us a taxi!
Bath house was spacious with two different baths. System is easy and we were able to use it whenever we wanted (between 16.00-23.00 of course). They are giving free rental yukatas and they were so comfy. They also have guides everywhere to help you (our room even had a guide on how to prepare a futon bed!) the place felt like we were part of a family and that was the most amazing part for me. I even got teary eyed when it was time to go. Thank you Akari no yado! Hope to see you soon again!

Ya, hotel itu sendiri telah melihat hari terbaiknya, tetapi ini tidak menjejaskan perkhidmatan, suasana, makan malam yang sangat baik (dan sarapan pagi yang sama indahnya). Saya sangat menyukai bilik itu, pemandangannya sangat cantik, tidur di atas futon adalah luar biasa, tetapi selesa. Onsen (yang berada di luar) sememangnya hebat. Sangat bagus, santai, bagus. Cara terbaik untuk menamatkan sehari selepas melawat Nikko. Dan, mungkin, salah satu tanggapan paling hangat tentang Jepun ialah (saya menulis semasa jejak masih segar, kerana perjalanan belum berakhir).

MMargaret TomLove the area and the outdoor public baths. The meals were good. My husband complained that there’s no meat but I like all the vegetarian dishes provided. Tasted very good. There’s a small fried fish and few sashimi slices. My husband rates the food to be 3/10 while I rate it 5/10 as I am amazed at how they make vegetarian dishes so well.
They do not serve any fish for breakfast which is quite unlike other ryokan we had been to. They had more vegetables and an egg for breakfast. I liked it though.
The ryokan had free shuttle service for pick up and drop off to coincide with the bus times, very convenient, responsible and timely.

主要日光這家‘’界‘’的上酒店纜車，很值得體驗
酒店距離車站特別近，看似在山裡，實際出門不遠就是温泉街，很繁華，同時又很隱蔽
裝修是特別日式的風格，極簡➕侘寂風
我個人非常喜歡
喜歡這個系列風格的人會非常喜歡，如果喜歡奢華繁複的風格就不推薦這裏，來了會失落
另外酒店有免費的咖啡，茶吧，以及無限量果汁➕無限量冰淇淋，所以小朋友玩的比大人開心
温泉景觀特別美，櫻花季節温泉望出去就是，紅葉季節，滿山院子裏都是
整體來説，酒店並不大，類似小小度假村，但是細節，景觀，以及活動還挺多，夜晚有免費的活動表演，晚餐的懷石料理是高級好吃的，早餐是日式料理，味道也很不錯
值得體驗的一家酒店，高級風卻又沒有拒人於千里，服務態度很舒服。
另外開車五分鐘，附近一大堆好玩的主題樂園，景點，這個也是推薦原因～～

TTsusiefirst of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's
& a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

PPengguna Tanpa NamaEnjoyable stay at yutorelo nikko, which was conveniently located near lake chuzenji. Room was big and had a nice view of the lake. Hotel onsen was very legit and nice especially when the night was cold. There is free sake and alcohol in the lounge. Breakfast was a delicious set meal with drinks available. Hotel is walkable distance to kegon falls. Would recommend :)

PPengguna TetamuI don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.”
My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away.
Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family.
自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。
私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。
部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。
朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。

小小八哥酒店位置除了開車的旅客，坐公交的就不太方便。訂的房間類型只有吸煙房，到達房間有很濃的煙味，很難受。餐食供應非常好，有驚喜。溫泉大浴池都不錯。這家旅館真的要提升衛生質素，地毯都是黑黑的，房間應該改為不能抽煙。但性價比很高，尤其是有Trip.com的優惠加持
