Hotel Nikko dengan Spa

The view at the hotel was so nice, the room was so clean. and not to mention the service, every staff was super polite, we joined some of the hotel activities and tiff was so kind and professional! highly recommend this hotel!!

房間很大，飲食也不錯，唯一的缺點是空投是對着床頭吹的，吹的頭疼，不知道為什麼會有這種設計。

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

Nestled along the shores of Lake Chuzenji, some rooms offer breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic Mount Nantai. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, featuring tatami flooring, scenic areas, and comfortable beds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful autumn leaves! A special thanks to the two staff members, Lisz and Yuka, for their excellent service and fluent English in introducing each dish. They were truly professional!

The main advantages of this hotel are its traditional ryokan-style atmosphere, the on-site hot spring baths, and its convenient location. Several tourist attractions and bus stops are within walking distance, and the room rates are reasonable. However, the service was extremely disappointing. On the day of check-out, the hotel only allowed luggage storage until 12:00 PM. After check-out, guests were not permitted to use any of the hotel’s facilities, including the restroom. Instead, we were told to use the public restroom next door. Because of the poor customer service and lack of flexibility, I would not recommend staying here.

Замечательный рёкан в непосредственной близости от храмов Никко. За несколько минут можно дойти до любого. Кейсаки крайне интересный опыт, онсен весьма приличный: бассейна два, внутренний и снаружи. Встречают очень тепло и провожают тоже. Места в номере много, вид из окон прекрасный.

A lovely hotel with a great onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious! Not much going on around the hotel though restaurant-wise, it’s definitely easier coming with a car.

基本的には満足だったので、また使いたいと思うのですがいくつか気になった点がありました。 ◆温泉について 男女入れ替わり制で時間帯によって違う種類の温泉が楽しめたのはとても良かった。 気になった点:温泉や露天風呂がかなり開放的で、外から見えそう。湯船から橋が見えるが、歩いている人の顔がわかる程度には見えるので、橋側からも湯船が見えているのでは？と感じた。 ◆清潔感について 基本的には綺麗に清掃されており、過ごす分には支障はない。 ただ、部屋のライトの豆電球を覆っている入れ物？部分に大量の虫の死骸があった点がきになりました (シーリングライトに虫の死骸が溜まって黒いポツポツが見えるような状態) ◆アクセスは非常によく満足 主要な観光スポットや駅などすべて徒歩圏内

It’s our first time visiting Nikko. The hotel is quite a distance from Nikko station so walking is not an option (take bus 2A/2C) and stop at stop number 11. Then, walk 5mins upslope to the hotel. The friendly receptionist spoke basic english. There were 2 smoking booths at floor 3&4. The onsen(both indoor and outdoor) was a nice experience. As there were few guest, I had the whole onsen all to myself. There was also 2 private onsens which you can book for 2000yen. Amenities were stocked up and I was impressed! Meals were included in the price, and dinner was an experience. Everything closes early here in winter. We were allowed check in at 11am, and proceeded to Kanaya Hotel (500yen) and to Toshogu Shrine (1600yen). We walked around the picturesque town with so many beautiful photo spots! If you’re catching the first train out of Nikko (7:37am), do note there is NO taxi service & breakfast starts at 730am so we had to forfeit breakfast. You have to walk out to the bus stop which comes earliest at 7:02am. Overall, a good first experience in a ryokan.

朝/夕食のバイキングは種類も多く、値段以上に豪華なステーキ、刺身、イクラ等は質が良いものが提供されており、とても良かった。 温泉の設備やホテルの設備はフロント以外がとても古く、温泉のシャワーは水圧が異常に弱い。 温泉の温度も入浴の時間帯によって、温水プールのような温度の時や、熱くて入れない程のこともある。 ただし、値段から考えると十分満足出来る内容であり、鬼怒川/日光エリアや、那須までのアクセスも良く、コストパフォーマンスを求めるならとても良いホテルかと思う。
