Hotel Otaru dengan Sarapan

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. You will need to take 15 minutes taxi ride to reach here from Otaru station. It's right by the beach. Room is super spacious and comforting. There's kitchen and dining area. It was snowing so the balcony is filled with snow but the view is just so amazing. The staffs are very helpful. You can check in early with a small fee. Breakfast was simple. Complete amenities.

讚讚讚！！！環境及服務超級好！！ 我哋較夜到達酒店，司機搵唔到門口，幫我哋搵，點知隔咗一陣，就有職員跑落嚟問我哋係咪訂咗房，真係跑！！再司機泊車位置，之後幫我哋攞哂行李，又係跑上去！！！服務好到我哋全家呆咗！！ 入到酒店，空氣調節得非常好，因為外面係-10度，但室內好暖，又唔焗，所以好舒服，房間唔算大，但有齊傳統日式房間嘅嘢，擺設都好靚，不過如果行李較大同較多，就會變得好迫，但其實有家的感覺。 因為一泊二食，所以有齊晚餐早餐，都係精緻懷石料理，每餐也有職員提前到房間帶領我哋到餐廳，自己一個房間，沒有任何人打擾。 溫泉區有室內同室外，不算大，但足夠，我哋浸咗兩次都碰唔到人，包場，正！！ Check out 後，職員鞠躬到見唔到我哋架車！！有哂傳統日本人嘅禮儀！！！ 呢間我哋一定會再嚟體驗！！！

Great location, just opposite the JR station. It’s just 2 mins walk to Sankaku Market. About 10mins walk to canal. If you have luggage and do not wanna drag around especially during winter, this is a great option. Room size is small but quite standard in Japan. Onsen is good and has a pin to enter for female. Breakfast is pretty good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and visit nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub. It was a great way to relax after a long day, and our children loved it as well. Overall, we really liked this hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable hotel in a good location.

The hotel is new and modern, and its location directly opposite the Otaru Canal is convenient for sight seeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the onsen facilities were well-maintained. However, a serious lapse in basic operational standards significantly impacted my stay. I was assigned a room that was both unlocked and had not been cleaned. This is an unacceptable level of oversight for any hotel. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the front desk. There was no sincere apology or meaningful recovery effort to address the situation. While the property itself has strong potential, this incident raises concerns about overall quality control and staff professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Honestly the only praise to give to this hotel is the staff attitude and the location which is near the canal. The staffs were-Helpful and dedicated .  I can accept the hotel is old and not so spacious. But one thing I really can’t take it is the level of the bathroom. I can’t understand why the level is so high. We need to step a big leap to climb in order to get into the bathroom. Also to get into the bathtub to stand to shower was dangerous too. It was unbelievable deep. I almost fell.  This hotel is really not suitable for elderly people. And need to pay extra careful attention when you climb to the bathroom and to the bathtub. Sometimes I do not understand why can’t just list out that you would need to collect onsen tax. If I know I need to pay for that I would not want to choose this hotel. Because I do not go for the onsen.

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

Anda boleh bermain ski hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki. Bilik ini sangat besar. Walaupun tiada bilik mandi yang berasingan, terdapat rumah mandian yang besar dengan dua kolam, satu di dalam dan satu di luar. Walau bagaimanapun, anda perlu membayar untuk memesan untuk makan malam dan membuat tempahan untuk sarapan pagi, jadi anda perlu memberi perhatian. Tambahan pula, kawasan sekitar memang lengang. I booked for RM150, and this is my best hotel I stayed in Sapporo. The location is near the tourist area but its within neighborhood area, and its uphill. So for anyone with luggage might be struggling a bit if u dont have car. But, the view is amazing, and they gave me a room with snow view as i requested. The room are spotless, comfortable and have personal heater inside. The staff also very friendly and accomodating esp when I asked to borrow a charger. The public bath also big and u might have it all to yourself honestly (not that many guest during my stay). I would love to come back!
