This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles and the most genuine hospitality. Every staff member made us feel like family—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The stay itself was beyond amazing. The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—but the highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room. Soaking in the hot spring after a long day was pure bliss. Calm, relaxing, and absolutely luxurious.
And the food… WOW. Every meal felt like a masterpiece. Beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and full of local character. Each dish was a delight, and we looked forward to every single meal.
Perfect service, perfect stay, perfect food, perfect onsen.
I would come back in a heartbeat—and recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience. 💖

CChubby Girl On TourI had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and included two bottles of water, coffee, and tea. While the view overlooked a blank space behind the building, the quality of the bed and pillows was excellent. I found the bathroom to be slightly larger than expected.
The reception area was spacious, and the staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. There were two breakfast options available: Western and Japanese. I personally chose the Japanese breakfast, priced at 3,000 Yen. The quality and portion were good.
The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Otaru JR Station, as well as Sakaimachi Hondori Street and Otaru Canal. Additionally, there is a convenience store directly across the street, along with several night restaurants. I did find the price a bit high, possibly due to the Otaru Snow Light Path Festival taking place during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt was a cute boutique hotel with nice bonus facilities! Room is nicely designed and functional, with warm colors feel homey and comfy. Too bad we didn’t get the bath tub room as they were fully booked. Views from the window is mountaneous area, very nice! Bed and pillows are comfortable. Surface area for stuff are generous and practical, even enough space for sofa. Too bad they don’t give free coffee or at least instant coffee, only tea. No onsen. Music box night was awesome! Feels like a romantic dinner setting, but the smell of lamp oil was too much, gave me headache so I couldn’t stay for long, even though I would love to support the hotels and all of the polite and friendly staff by dining there. Staff are wonderful, smiles and polite and professional! During this trip we felt like Japanese staff in general are becoming a bit cold toward tourists but this hotel’s staff are not like that! We appreciate you guys. Thank you!

由於自駕遊，所以車輛可以泊在房間門口是非常大讚；酒店位置也很好，旺中帶靜，晚上完全聽不到任何噪音。
雖然是自助酒店，但Check in時有職員經過幫忙，每天早上也有職員剷雪。我住五晚，第三晚後會清潔房間，而酒店物資亦滿滿，無限量浴巾及睡衣供應，甚至直髮器也有提供在房間內。
職員很窩心，天氣很冷，會在我外出時幫忙開啟暖氣，讓我回到酒店後暖暖的。房間還有多張毛氈，可以在梳化休息時用上。
入住前最擔心是洗澡時熱水會不夠熱，但入住後完全不用擔心，熱水超熱呢！
總括來說，沒有吐槽的地方，很讚，下次自駕遊也會住在這裏。

Contactless check in, electronics Lady boss is friendly. If the bed condition(quality) can be upgraded will be perfect. (Didn’t get chance to take a room photo, use the nearby place for info)

CC.YapVery convenient location if you are into skii/snowboarding. It’s quite centralized to majority of the slopes and only 30mins drive to Otaru town. Only downside there is no food nearby by the hotel itself has 2 restaurant. The Japanese one was superb, good food with reasonable price, sadly only open few days a week.

PPengguna TetamuIf you are not driving, this place is a best place to stay with as overall house amenities are comfortable, modern and feeling good.
But for anyone driving there, do consider again as the journey towards to the carpark are slippery, more than 10degree slope, it is dangerous and scarry to me eventhough equipped with snow tyre even though for myself that have been driving in many countries in Europe, Asia and Australia.

1. Great Location decent size room with double sized beds with big space to move around compare to most other Japanese hotel
2. love the indoor parking at basement garage, especially during winter no snow cleaning required every morning.
Negative:
1. lift is out of service, very inconvenient for people with big luggage, had to carry all the way up to the 3rd Floor.
2. Fake carpets on stairs, almost tripped over couple of times.
3. Owner never responds when assistance needed, upon on check-in, the pin code been given is useless because the room door are always unlocked, actual key is placed on the table in the room. Tried to contact the owner via WeChat WhatsApp line phone calls none of above responded, just seemed like the hotel is unmanned the whole time.
4. Had a little incident one morning where one of the guest parked his car right front of the parking garage door, which blocked my way out, again had to contact the owner, never responded, got no choice but to contact police for help.
