Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

We booked this hotel again after a very pleasant stay years ago, despite the price being on the higher side for our travel dates. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations due to miscommunication about pricing.
Somehow, it wasn’t stated in my booking that I was traveling with a child, I carefully clarified with both the hotel and the agent weeks before arrival about extra charges. I received confirmation of the exact nett amount to top up and decided not to cancel. However, upon arrival, we were informed of a different price—an additional $300+ for my child, despite not needing an extra bed.
Our check-in was badly delayed, as we arrived late at night with a child and had to sort through this issue. I had to present all the email confirmations from the hotel and the agent to resolve the situation, which was frustrating and unnecessary after such thorough prior communication.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location remains excellent. It provides direct access to the airport via a nearby station and is just one stop away from Otaru Canal, making it convenient for travelers.
While the location is undoubtedly a highlight, the inconsistency in communication and lack of clarity about pricing policies overshadowed the experience.

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

アメニティはフロント横で取っていく無駄を省いたシンプルなホテルなので、5つ星や4つ星ホテルを求めては物足りないと思います。ただ普通のビジネスホテルよりはるかに落ち着ける新しく清潔なホテルです。朝食付きのパック料金でもサイトによりとてもリーズナブルなものがあります。 ロケーションは運河沿いではなく、旧日銀ビルなどに並んだ位置にあるため、とても静かです。モール商店街に近いために散歩がてら寿司屋、花園町のケーキの館や新倉屋にも近いです。さらに隣にLAWSONがあります。 駐車場はチェックイン前の13時から預けらるれるので、車を置いて運河や必見の小樽芸術村、小樽市立文学館など観光に最適です。 運河沿いから離れると途端に観光客料金ではない地元民価格のお店が現れ、場所が素晴らしいと思います。 さらにホテルの部屋からの港を一望できる眺めは素敵でした。 私たちは広くない部屋にエクストラベッドというさらに狭い条件でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。ドアが厚いのか全く他の部屋の音が聞こえないことも理由かと思います。 ただし部屋の風呂は狭いです。代わりに最上階の大浴場は温泉ではありませんが、眺めがよく清潔です。またコロナ対策のためか混雑しないよう、使えるロッカーを制限していたのも好印象です。 朝食バイキングは北海道への観光客が目当てとする魚*や蟹などありません。それでも地元野菜やアリスファームのジャムなど美味です。和食というより洋食よりのメニューですが、温かい食べ物が多く、雪の小樽でも暖まります。厚切りベーコンと蒸し野菜がとても美味しかったです。 またスタッフが若くて、キビキビしているのにとても好感を持ちました。駐車場に入れる際にフロントスタッフが、雪のなか誘導してくれました。朝食会場でも活躍していましたので、人手の必要なところに手助けするようです。 新しく間接照明の多いのも落ち着けるビジネスホテルとしては上級です。 お勧めは、夕食後にアーケード街の端にある、歩いて5分の「酒商たかの」という17時から角打ちスタイルの酒屋はご主人が最高にフレンドリーで、日本酒を一杯飲めば人との触れ合いもできます。 私たちは旅行支援を利用しました。支払いは１人3,300円にクーポン3,000円がついていたので、実質300円です。申し訳ない費用でした。また利用したいです。

小樽に行く際は必ずと言っていいほどオーセントさんにお世話になります いつもはツインのお部屋を予約しますが、今回は旅行支援を利用したので奮発してデラックスツインにしました 眺めがよくて最高でした ですが、近くに新しいホテルが出来て、海側の眺めが遮られてしまったのが少し残念です フロントやラウンジなどにいるスタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、廊下をすれ違う清掃のスタッフの方々も挨拶なども とても気持ちが良いのです（泊まる度に毎回変わらず） 食事や観光 どこに行くのも便利な場所にあるし、小樽駅まではアーケードを通って行けるので、天気が悪い時などはとても助かります ホテル内の食事もとても美味しくて 本当におすすめのホテルです

Amazing location (10min walk from JR Station, 12-15min walk to main shopping street), great view facing the canal. Staff were very friendly. Overall facilities seemed old but very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Smoking area for smoking guests stinks the whole lobby as you walk through reception to the lift, which is a shame. It is a non smoking hotel.

オーシャンフロントロイヤルスイートルーム 805号室に宿泊しました。 最上階の円形のフロア、リビングからの海岸と岸壁の景色が絵画のように素晴らしく感動しました。 海岸にそびえたつ建物は古いようでしたが、部屋は綺麗にメンテンスされていて快適に滞在できました。リビングおよび浴室からの景色は素晴らしく、この眺望を楽しむだけでも宿泊する価値があるように思われました。調度品はアンティックな雰囲気で、リゾートの雰囲気とマッチしていて良かったです。 大きな浴室は温泉ではありませんが、常にお湯が張られた状態で、いつでも入ることが良かったです。浴室の窓を開けて、日本海の波の音を聞きながら、日本海の雄大な景色を楽しめました。タオル類も十分な数が用意されていたのも良かったです。 夕食はレストランでスイートルーム特別コース「プレジール」を頂きました。品数も多く、ボリュームもあり、おいしく頂くことができました。ワインも割安で良かったです。箸で頂くことができ、女性スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、楽しく夕食を頂くことができました。追加料理でホワイトアスパラハスの料理をお願いしましたが、とてもおいしく満足できました。 朝食もレストランで「創作ブレックファースト」を頂きました。景色を楽しみながら、席でゆったりと朝食を頂けて楽しめました。朝からスパークリングを無料で頂くことができたのも良かったです。余談ですが、男性スタッフのユニークな髪型がよかったです。 今回は大変満足しました。また機会があれば、宿泊したく思いました。

小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

PPengguna Tetamu臨時定的，本來想住在小樽站附近，但周邊酒店全部漲價超級誇張。後面看這家店價格可以，尤其房間面積有40平，和日本酒店房間面積相比超級大了，想着也就一夜，試試吧。結果物超所值！！！！
首先：地理位置，距離水族館步行800米。
其次：房間真的超級乾淨！！！佈置超級有格調，傢俱還是金絲楠木的，還贈送牛奶和麪包。
最後：老闆真的超級好，店長也超級好！！都是中國人，女主人還説衹接待攜程上的中國人同時不會出現旺季漲價的情況，想讓在異國他鄉的我們有家的感覺，還陪着我們一起過除夕。其實一開始到札幌對北海道挺失望的，但是這個民宿讓我們有了想留在小樽的感覺，真的讓我們在異國他鄉感受到了家的温暖，尤其是在除夕夜這個對於中國人來説非常獨特的日子。我一定還會再去祝津山莊！！！

私の還暦祈念を兼ねて妻と利用しました。小樽駅から徒歩で10分程度で運河にも面していてとても雰囲気のある宿です。最初に利用したのが2014.1で今回と同様に雪が積もっていましたが、2019.6の利用を挟んで今回で3度目の利用です。今年はコロナ禍や大雪もあり二泊三日は基本的にお籠り状態でした。でもこの宿は(私の)期待通り、いろんな面で温かく(もちろん暖かいのですが)心身ともに安らぐ空間を提供してくれました。とりわけ今回は作務衣にfocusします。宿泊客の多くが利用しているため違和感がなく館内移動に際していちいち着替える必要もないのでお籠り生活にはとても快適でした。結果的に何か部屋にいるより館内の休憩スペースで寛いでいる時間の方が長いんじゃ・・と感じるほどで、宿全体が自分の部屋のようでした。また所々で出会うスタッフからの声掛けではおもてなしを感じるとともに、それが宿泊客以外の侵入を防止しているのかなという感じで安心につながりました。 安心というとこの時期、感染防止対策が求められますが、アルコール消毒はもちろん、そのほかに紫外線殺菌機や風呂場にはマスク配備と細やかな対策が施されていました。 食事に関して言えば朝食は味・メニューとも素晴らしく老若男女すべてに対応できます。コロナの影響で大皿盛りはありませんでしたが、メニューは豊富で小樽運河を見ながらゆっくり楽しむことができました。一方、夕食は今回、2泊とも宿内で準備をしていただきました。とてもおいしかったのですが肉が少なかった(と言うより、ほとんど無かった)のが少し残念です。ひょっとして60歳という年齢を考えていただいのかも・・ですね。 部屋です。今回はバルコニー付の部屋にしました。雪のためそこで何かをするというわけには行きませんでしたが、風呂上りに少し涼んだり、景色を楽しむのに使いました。夏用にハンモックもあったので夏こそが本番かも知れません。 ともあれ今回もとても良い旅ができました。ふる川にはまたおじゃましたいと思います。

Jjaimem432we made a short trip to Otaru to visit some of its good izakayas, we took a room with 4 beds, it was a nice surprise the distribution of the spaces in the room. Our room had two almost separate areas, in the main area two beds and a couch, the second area was a small terrace with the other two beds, the access to the terrace was a staircase in the room. the terrace was a very pleasant space, even though it is not possible to stand in the terrace area because the ceiling is very low, the terrace gives an air of independence being in the same room, each bed has its space to recharge the cell phone and has an independent lamp. our room had an elegant glass balcony with a beautiful view. the shower area is very elegant with a fairly modern and clean design. the television system was fun too, our room had a projector with a very good video quality I really liked my stay at the hotel and I hope to stay there again soon

優點：
1位置好。民宿所處的位置在商業街的頂頭，離音樂盒堂非常近，走路1-2分鐘就到，在房間裏就能聽到蒸汽鐘的整點報時，從南小樽站走到民宿也不遠。
2房間大，設施新。浴室門上貼着24年2月的標簽，哈哈
缺點
1 有一點的裝修氣味
2 為了散味必須開門窗，但沒有紗門紗窗（公共客廳倒是配了），就會有小蟲子進來
3 206房間西曬很熱，雖然有空調，但室內有氣味又不好關窗，

AAnanasGood location for those coming with a car, ample free parking provided. Near to Maxvalu, Daiso and a drugstore, Otaru museum and train related stuff and also fish market(pretty cute tho), just beside a Pakistan halal restaurant. Not so far from Otaru Canal, can walk for those counting their steps everyday.

ZZLStayed at Sho Inn for 1 night in Otaru. It’s a little out of the way from the Otaru station if you do not drive, but they offer shuttle service to the Otaru Canal and Otaru station when you check out! The host Hideshi was incredibly kind, even going the extra mile to bring my neck pillow, which I had accidentally left in the accommodation after check out, to the Otaru station at my preferred time that evening. It was a gesture testament of the great hospitality of the Japanese. Would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re a solo traveller / prefer your own private space instead of going to those hostels with double deckered beds and curtains!

PPengguna Tetamuお部屋は大変綺麗でした。ツアーでしたので選べませんでしたが、新しい建物のほうで全てが新築で綺麗でした。でも歴史的建造物をリノベしたレストランがある方のお部屋も気になりましたが。窓の外の景観が全くなく、ダメ元でフロントに掛け合いましたがツアー客は変更できません、と言われ。。omo那覇さんはツアー客でもチェンジしてくれましたけどね。綺麗なお部屋なんですが、使い勝手が今ひとつでした。冷蔵庫が遠い。テーブルの近くにあって欲しかったです。あと、トイレ、洗面台、シャワー室は広々しているのですがあの広さがあればバスタブを作れたのではないでしょうか。omoシリーズは若い人向けだからバスタブは必要ない、とかでしょうか。お隣の歴史的建造物と中で繋がり、レストランへも行けます。そのレストランですが、予約制でディナーがあり朝食もそちらで食べます。朝食は豪華でした。かなり工夫されていてバラエティに富み美味しかったです。でも、トマムのニニヌプリの方が美味しかったですね。冷たいお惣菜がどれも今ひとつでした。それと高級感出し過ぎ。。ちょっと疲れます。ツアーに組み込まれていたので幾らだかわかりませんが、そんなに高価な朝食なのでしょうか？トマムと比べてomoシリーズには中国人がほとんどいないので少しホッとしますが。目の前にコンビニあり、小樽中心地にあり観光にも便利です。朝食はなくてもいいので、お安く泊まれたらまた行きたいですね。

PPengguna Tetamu優點：自然環境不錯，周邊綠水青山，空氣清新，晚上可以看到滿天星星。
缺點：離市區較遠，周邊衹有一家大型酒店可以提供餐飲服務。房間沒有吹風機、沒有燒開水的壺（吹風機在前台共用，走廊有共用的提供開水的飲水機）。房間沒有桌子，放東西不方便。提供的房型與攜程描述的不一樣（沒有沙發）。

Wwtcnycny８月上旬に１泊。 グリーンホテル → スマイルホテル → ザ・グリーン 元のホテル名に戻っています。 宿泊したのは別館にあるドミトリー。といっても大部屋ではなく、簡易壁に仕切られた１坪弱の個室。新型コロナ感染症感染拡大防止のためか、現在は簡易壁が天井まで延長されています。そのため冷房の冷気は届かなくて暑く、また換気ができない状態でした。 小樽駅至近で、小樽運河までも徒歩５分程度の好立地です。 １泊税込2,000円。格安旅行者には最高のコストパフォーマンス、と思います。
