Hotel Urayasu dengan Sarapan

Had a great stay here! The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. One of the highlights was the small foot massage machine provided in the room, which was perfect for relaxing and relieving our tired feet after a full day of walking. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea, which was very convenient. Another thoughtful service was that the reception team helped send our luggage to our room before check-in time, so we could go out and enjoy the day without having to carry our luggage around. There is also a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient for us to grab sandwiches and other food for breakfast. Overall, we had a very good experience and really appreciated the thoughtful services provided by the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, one of the further options from DisneySea but using the shuttle is very easy to navigate. Further from restaurants and stores, so you'll need to shuttle or take an uber (which is pricier since you're a bit further out). The staff is super friendly and very helpful on local recommendations and luggage service needs. The rooms are spacious and nice amenities.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the BTS/Train station. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel was a lifactor. They also provide a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, which made our trip so much easier.One of the highlights was the free snacks and drinks available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Ia adalah satu pengalaman yang hebat. Ia adalah sangat luar biasa untuk sebuah bilik besar di Tokyo tetapi Mitsui Garden melebihi jangkaan kami. Bilik besar, bersih, dengan pengecas telefon, dengan 2 tandas. Untuk kumpulan 6 orang, pastinya anda tidak akan menghadapi masalah semasa persiapan awal sebelum keluar dalam perjalanan seharian. Hebat. Pasti akan menempah di sini lagi.

The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

We liked this hotel. It's not far from the Disney monorail station. There is a bus from the hotel to the Bayside Station. There is a separate free hotel bus to the Maihama subway station, if you want to go to downtown Tokyo, etc (you don't need take the monorail and pay the high monorail fees). The hotel is tall and the view is unobstructed. They offered us a view of the park or of the ocean, which was very nice. I wish we would have asked them if there is a view of Mount Fuji? The room was not huge but decent sized, and not the newest style, but it was clean and decent. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were ok.

We stayed at this hotel in early March 2026 during our family trip. It was a two-night stay at what felt more like a self-service hotel. We picked up the amenities from next to the self-check-in kiosks. There was no housekeeping service after the first night, but the room stayed clean throughout. The location is quite remote, even with a car. I suppose most guests choose this hotel because it’s close to Disneyland, but that wasn’t why we picked it. We were just looking for somewhere spacious and affordable. All in all, it was worth the price.

The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.
