Hotel Urayasu dengan Sarapan

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay because of the spacious room to fit our group. It was really spacious and of course the hotel is super clean and you have a coin laundry at every floor which was super convenient especially when travelling with kids and for a longer stay . Location wise, it was doable for us as the hotel provides free shuttle to Tokyo station, Tokyo Disney and a few other destinations. This was really helpful and reduced our walking as taxi fares can get a little pricey, for us at least. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for their quality and services. Location wise, I guess it’s an individual choice. We had a very comfortable stay!

Hotel ini baru beroperasi Januari tahun ini, memang sangat baru sampaikan susah nak cari maklumat tentangnya. Bas lapangan terbang ke Disneyland sebenarnya ada bas ulang-alik, tapi e-mel hotel tak jelaskan dengan baik. Jadi kami terpaksa jalan kaki ke Stesen Maihama dan naik bas. Seberang jalan je dari tempat turun bas. Biliknya agak besar dan kemudahan pun baru. Ada microwave dalam bilik, dan di bawah ada Lawson yang banyak barang. Walaupun tempah bilik triple, tapi tak sebut pasal kanak-kanak. Bila sampai hotel, kena tambah 4000 yen semalam, masih boleh diterima. Bas ulang-alik kerap, tapi dia pergi Land dulu baru Sea, terutamanya pagi memang sesak jalan, buang masa. Menyesal tak jalan kaki ke Sea, mungkin kurang dari 20 minit je. Secara keseluruhan, agak berpuas hati.

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Splendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea. However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

Relatively good, very good location for visiting disney parks. Overall good large room, only thing is it is a bit of an old hotel and the rooms do show age. Also, I tried both the restuarant and the breakfast buffet both, a bit too expensive for what is provided so wouldn't recommend. Nice view out of rooms too.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

Great hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids. Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it.

We stayed at this hotel in early March 2026 during our family trip. It was a two-night stay at what felt more like a self-service hotel. We picked up the amenities from next to the self-check-in kiosks. There was no housekeeping service after the first night, but the room stayed clean throughout. The location is quite remote, even with a car. I suppose most guests choose this hotel because it’s close to Disneyland, but that wasn’t why we picked it. We were just looking for somewhere spacious and affordable. All in all, it was worth the price.

recently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
