"I booked this hotel for a 3-day trip to Disney Resort - the stay was superb! The hotel ammenities are very well kept, should I take about the room with a bathtub, or the common parts where you can relax and grab an eat for a correct price at the end of the day. A convenience store is available also at B1.
The shuttle services are also very great, with more passages at peak hours!"

"Travelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat!
If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop.
There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus.
Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport.
The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast!
The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so).
If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM.
If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all!
I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there."

"This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home.
Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven.
The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special.
Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us.
Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room.
Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view.
This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖"

"Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it."

"Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient.
Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious.
Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town.
Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance."

Wwanderwithzoeit’s a hotel that i would come back for more stays! it has shuttle services right at the hotel’s lobby to disneyland and disneysea. made travelling back from theme park really easy after a long tiring day!
hotel is immaculate with many amenties like bathtub, bathhouse, hotel breakfast and 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor.
walkable distance to Shin-Urayasu Station where AEON and many other malls/shops are there for meals and shopping.

MMajicFThis is an excellent value hotel. It's about a 20 minute train journey to the centre of Tokyo, with the train station is just a quick 3 minute walk. It is a very working residential Japanese area so you won't see many tourists, and there are a few larger super stores across the road from the hotel and very near-by, as well as places to eat if you want to grab something near the hotel, so its very convenient. The rooms are just big enough for our family of four with super convenient washing machine and vented drying room which is also the show and bathroom ”pod” too. As with most places there is no iron though so consider a travel one. The reception staff are always really friendly. There is Wifi in the rooms, but it is heavily capped so don't expect to use it more than looking things up and sending messages (which is fine for most).

PPengguna Tetamu10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably.
Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely.
The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney.
5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station.
Only complaints are:
1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time.
2) Hard bed
3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am
4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night
5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte.
Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

Ia adalah satu pengalaman yang hebat. Ia adalah sangat luar biasa untuk sebuah bilik besar di Tokyo tetapi Mitsui Garden melebihi jangkaan kami. Bilik besar, bersih, dengan pengecas telefon, dengan 2 tandas. Untuk kumpulan 6 orang, pastinya anda tidak akan menghadapi masalah semasa persiapan awal sebelum keluar dalam perjalanan seharian. Hebat. Pasti akan menempah di sini lagi.

LLau Kheng Hoon ElaineWe had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to travel to and from Disneyland and DisneySea.
The room is spacious and features a bathtub, which is perfect for kids to soak and have fun playing with their little rubber duckies.
However, it would be great if the hotel could offer more food options in the evening, especially after the parks close.

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuIt's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

PPengguna TetamuBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea.
One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
