"This hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!"

"We stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda. Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great! Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle. Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip. Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer. However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel. There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this. Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross. Basic amenities were provided but could have been better. Overall would recommend."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for those visiting the Tokyo Disney area. The location is a major highlight—situated right next to Maihama Station, it offers exceptional convenience for getting around and easy access to both Disneyland and DisneySea. The room itself was impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, with enough room to comfortably open luggage and move around without feeling cramped. This made the stay much more relaxing, particularly after long days out. Another standout feature was the well-stocked amenity kit. It included a wide range of thoughtful items, ensuring that almost everything I needed was readily available without having to request extras. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and attention to detail. A solid choice for both leisure travelers and families visiting the area."

"The hotel really beyond my expectation. i would recommend this hotel who want go to disney, they provide the free shuttle bus to disney and urayasu station. the location very quite and nearby the housing, bay and there is lawson infront the hotel. They also give the complimentary beverage all u want to take in the restaurant like coffee, latte, chocolate and tea."

"Great location close to the train station that took us to various destinations on our itinerary and to USJ! Easy check-in and check-out process and the room was incredibly comfortable and cute! Felt like a studio apt, which made it feel “homey!” Would recommend staying here!"

"Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away."

"The workers are friendly, although they don’t know how to speak English, but we can use translation apps to communicate with them. The breakfast is nice. The location is superb. It is near to metro, supermarket, 7-11, Lawson and Disneyland!! The restaurants nearby selling all kinds of food, the price are reasonable 👍🏻"

"Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Had one of the best sleeps because the mattress and pillows were so comfy. A plus point of the hotel is that it has Lawson convenient store on the ground floor and also a Disney stores too. The hotel is ideal if you are planning to go to DisneySea as it’s 3-5min walk from the hotel. But if you’re going to Disneyland, you need to take a train which the nearest station is Bayside. That is about 5-7min walk from the hotel."
