"Stayed for 3D2N with 3A3C. Room emerald room, 4 single beds. Room is clean and spacious with all of us in + 2big luggages. Can get amenities near lift, no complimentary water bottle in room but there is a water dispenser at every room level. Our room is in level 10 (highest level 13) overlooking car park and sea. They r not flexible for late checkout for families with small children. Bus shuttle night time 9.30pm only 2 trips need to squueeeeeze in the fully loaded bus if U don't mind.noon time bus shuttle trip not frequent (compared to other hotel ie. Eurasia hotel). breakfast so-so with poke bowl+ chirasi bowl. Others so-so."

"Ini adalah laman web penipuan. Saya menempah bilik dengan pemandangan Disney dari tempat mandi, tetapi pada hari itu saya ditunjukkan ke bilik yang paling murah atas sebab tertentu. Apabila saya meminta mereka mengesahkan, mereka memberitahu saya bahawa nama bilik yang disenaraikan di TRIP tidak wujud. Pada ketika itu, saya tidak faham apa yang mereka maksudkan, dan pihak hotel berkata ia adalah kesalahan TRIP dan tiada apa yang boleh mereka lakukan. Saya diberi pilihan sama ada menukar ke bilik yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar asal dengan bayaran tambahan, atau tinggal di bilik yang paling murah. Saya letih dan berasa gelisah di hotel, dan tidak mahu berasa negatif lagi, jadi saya tidak berkata apa-apa pada masa itu dan membayar yuran tambahan untuk mendapatkan bilik yang sepatutnya saya tempah. TRIP adalah omong kosong, tetapi memikirkannya dengan tenang, tidak masuk akal bahawa saya perlu membayar bayaran tambahan untuk sesuatu yang berlaku kerana hotel yang disenaraikan di TRIP juga tidak menyemak dengan teliti. Saya terus menghubungi hotel terlebih dahulu untuk mengesahkan bahawa saya telah membuat tempahan, tetapi mereka tidak menanyakan nama bilik, jadi saya fikir perkara seperti ini berlaku."

"My family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to."

"Small bed, fairly small room. Has a small bath. About 20 minute walk to the metro station. The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by"

"Great hotel which provided a spacious and clean room, plus had a good breakfast buffet spread. The lobby was really cute too, with a designated play area for kids. Only caveat is the shuttle bus for Disneyland - the return shuttle is situated in a carpark which was really difficult to find after leaving Disneyland. It was not in the main bus terminal where the major hotels’ shuttle buses were parked at. Maybe the staff did mention it during the ride to Disneyland but in Japanese? We took a really long time before we could find it."

"We absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size). We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite) Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel. The only things we noted was - the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice. However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home. - there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor. - definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table. But those are only small things We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !"

"The location was excellent, especially since we visited both Disneyland and DisneySea. It was very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We chose a room with three beds, and there was also a sofa bed. All amenities were provided. The reception staff were very helpful, even helping us push our luggage to our room. We were very impressed. If we have the opportunity to go to Japan and Disneyland again, we will definitely stay here again. There's a convenience store, Starbucks, and a shopping mall right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. It's also right next to the train station."

"Our stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there. If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable."

"Booked a 3D2N stay to rest up for Disney. From the JR Maihama station, hotel shuttle bus comes at a regular interval of 20mins, located below the train station. Shuttle bus came with luggage compartment for people travelling with baggage. Check in had quite a bit of wait due to it being a weekend, however priority queue is available if you had done an online check in/ hilton member. Being winter season, room had sufficient heating or maybe too much, had to open the window to cool the room. Gotten the breakfast at a promotional price (¥3800) per pax upon checking in. Gotten a park view twin double room, but there is not much you can see. Would advise to book the sea view room for better views. Spacious room with a resting area and 2 double beds and toilet with a tub. Amenities provided with water. Would come back again just to enjoy the room/ visit disney!"
