"Hotel ini baru beroperasi Januari tahun ini, memang sangat baru sampaikan susah nak cari maklumat tentangnya. Bas lapangan terbang ke Disneyland sebenarnya ada bas ulang-alik, tapi e-mel hotel tak jelaskan dengan baik. Jadi kami terpaksa jalan kaki ke Stesen Maihama dan naik bas. Seberang jalan je dari tempat turun bas. Biliknya agak besar dan kemudahan pun baru. Ada microwave dalam bilik, dan di bawah ada Lawson yang banyak barang. Walaupun tempah bilik triple, tapi tak sebut pasal kanak-kanak. Bila sampai hotel, kena tambah 4000 yen semalam, masih boleh diterima. Bas ulang-alik kerap, tapi dia pergi Land dulu baru Sea, terutamanya pagi memang sesak jalan, buang masa. Menyesal tak jalan kaki ke Sea, mungkin kurang dari 20 minit je. Secara keseluruhan, agak berpuas hati."

"My family and I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location and free shuttle to DisneySea. The hotel has a dated resort feel but generally well maintained and clean. The room is small but that was expected when I made the booking so I was prepared to accept the tight space. However, the two super single beds were pleasantly comfortable and big and the shower stall, although tight, has a good water pressure. Good shuttle service to DisneySea and Disneyland. Also enjoyed the free snacks and drinks provided by the hotel for its guests and the good range of personal care products and tea bags and coffee which guests can help themselves to."

"Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama is an excellent choice for families! It’s conveniently located near Bayside Station—just a quick 5-minute walk. We even had a view of the fireworks right from our room.
I booked a room with lounge access, and it was definitely worth it. The light tea session offered simple yet satisfying food that could easily serve as dinner. We also returned in the evening for drinks and snacks. The snack station didn’t have many options, but everything was delicious.
Out of the four places we stayed during our trip, this was my children’s favourite. While waiting for your room, you can even let your kids relax at the Rainbow Lounge, where they can watch Disney movies.
Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo Disney!"

"This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home.
Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven.
The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special.
Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us.
Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room.
Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view.
This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖"

"Great spot for a stop over en route from Disney onto the next stage of our vacation. The rooms are very small and we are not petite people, but we just needed a couple of beds and a place to clean up and stage for Tokyo station the next day. They were great and we were easily able to drop our bags after staying on property before heading out to the parks. We did some laundry late that night and they really have anything you could need. Perfect place for a quick stop for two americans, but if we were staying longer it would be tough in a small room. No train noise and everything was smooth and so clean!"

"The hotel really beyond my expectation. i would recommend this hotel who want go to disney, they provide the free shuttle bus to disney and urayasu station. the location very quite and nearby the housing, bay and there is lawson infront the hotel.
They also give the complimentary beverage all u want to take in the restaurant like coffee, latte, chocolate and tea."

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

Wwanderwithzoeit’s a hotel that i would come back for more stays! it has shuttle services right at the hotel’s lobby to disneyland and disneysea. made travelling back from theme park really easy after a long tiring day!
hotel is immaculate with many amenties like bathtub, bathhouse, hotel breakfast and 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor.
walkable distance to Shin-Urayasu Station where AEON and many other malls/shops are there for meals and shopping.

MMajicFThis is an excellent value hotel. It's about a 20 minute train journey to the centre of Tokyo, with the train station is just a quick 3 minute walk. It is a very working residential Japanese area so you won't see many tourists, and there are a few larger super stores across the road from the hotel and very near-by, as well as places to eat if you want to grab something near the hotel, so its very convenient. The rooms are just big enough for our family of four with super convenient washing machine and vented drying room which is also the show and bathroom ”pod” too. As with most places there is no iron though so consider a travel one. The reception staff are always really friendly. There is Wifi in the rooms, but it is heavily capped so don't expect to use it more than looking things up and sending messages (which is fine for most).

GG_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.
The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.
Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

PPengguna TetamuSplendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea.
However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

EEduTI had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.
The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels.
The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs.
The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning.
Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.

PPengguna Tetamurecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

PPengguna TetamuBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!

スタッフの方々がとても親切で良かったです！お部屋は少し狭いですが値段相応だと思います。駅からも近いし徒歩圏内にご飯屋さんもコンビニもドラッグストアもあったのでとても便利でした！アメニティもたくさんあって良かったです！

EErick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
