The hotel is conveniently located just 2km from Shin-Urayasu Station and 26km from Haneda Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Urayasu Children's Adventure Field, Urayasu Concert Hall and Takasu Taiyo-no-Oka Park (Omelet Park) all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.

PPengguna Tetamu十分すぎるホスピタリティで大満足でした！帰る時間に合わせてお風呂を入れておいてくれたり、暖房をつけておいてくれたり、そのほかにも色々とご厚意に甘えさせていただきました。親戚のおうちに泊まらせてもらった気持ちです。また家主さんに会いに泊まりに行きたいなと思いました。
■アクセス
Dからはタクシーが便利。新浦安駅からバスも可。バス停からも近いです。
■アメニティ
ほとんど置いてくれています。リンスインシャンプーなのでこだわりのある方は持参をお勧めします。ベビーシャンプーもなし。
追加料金で、洗濯機、浴室乾燥機の利用も可。部屋のエアコン近くに物干し竿があるので、少し濡れたものを乾かすだけならエアコンでも◎。
冷蔵庫には有料の飲み物(お茶、ビール)も置いてくれています。良心的なお値段です。
■段差
玄関前に階段があり幅も狭めなので、車椅子は難しいかも。玄関ポーチは広く、ベビーカーが2台置けました。
■買い物
コンビニも徒歩圏内にはありますが、買って帰ることをおすすめします。私は夜遅かったので出前を頼みました。
家主さんにはいつまでもお元気でいてほしいと思います。また利用させていただきます。

PPengguna TetamuStaying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips

PPengguna Tetamurecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

DDRYOLOMost Japan hotel don’t change your bedsheet. Only towels and throw rubbish. Appreciate the Nepal receptionist that take great care of us as foreigners. I wasn’t feeling well and ask if can check in early but the manager don’t allow. As I asked again as left 15min to 3pm check in time. She just came in work and took over the role and let me check in early as I am super unwell as just touch down to Tokyo. The hotel is convenient as three bustop to Disney land. But taxi from Disneyland is expensive.

IImelda Mega Sari LubisThe hotel really beyond my expectation. i would recommend this hotel who want go to disney, they provide the free shuttle bus to disney and urayasu station. the location very quite and nearby the housing, bay and there is lawson infront the hotel.
They also give the complimentary beverage all u want to take in the restaurant like coffee, latte, chocolate and tea.
