Hotel Amsterdam dengan Sarapan

This boutique hotel looks cute for its design, but their business practices are dishonest! I felt uncomfortable with how they treated customers. First, the room I received was not what I had paid for based on the pictures in the app. During my one-night stay, they claimed the hotel was fully booked and offered me a “special arrangement” in a secret annex. I was taken aback and suspected it was staff accommodations since I accessed my room through a different door that had a sign. When I inquired further, the hostess told me I received an “upgrade” to a canal view room because they were full. However, this room was tiny and the heating didn’t work at all. That night was freezing, and when I asked if the AC could help regulate the temperature, I learned it was only functional in summer. They didn’t have any portable heaters available either. I was shocked that the heating system was inadequate, especially in Amsterdam during the snow. The hostess later offered to switch me to another “staff” room, which I switched later, but it was still cold, and I had to sleep in my down jacket. If your hotel is fully booked, don’t allow overbooking on platforms and provide customers with staff accommodations; that’s not acceptable business practice!!! While the hostess was polite and they did give me a bag of snacks upon checkout, the fundamental purpose of staying in a hotel is to have a comfortable experience, which this stay did not provide. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, the hotel is overpriced, charging a premium for a small room that simply isn’t worth it. Think twice before booking here. They should refund half of the money I paid for my night for such a dishonest practice!

We stayed in double room with extra sofa bed and it was good value for money. The room was decent size for three persons and it was absolutely nice, modern, clean and well equipped. If you’re coming to this hotel, you don’t need to bring hair dryer as there is regular hair dryer instead of hair blower in the bathroom. The staff was super welcoming and nice. Bonus - there is coffee company nearby if you don’t get breakfast in the hotel.

Holding to stay away from city center is a brilliant idea. This business area is clean and very near to bus stop , train station and tram station. The Albert Heijn XL inside a neighborhood mall is just 14 mins walk away. Breakfast spread is awesome. I would highly recommend even for tourists to stay here , as it isn’t a must to stay at the central which is crowded and overall dirtier and noisier. Everything is just a tram away, and there is a day cap or a day ticket for transport, so why not. Of course downside is that commuting around also takes time .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Swissôtel Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable, but I would especially like to recognize Mark, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism, patience, kindness, and calm approach were outstanding. He took the time to help us with everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcome. Mark is a real asset to Swissôtel, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes the exceptional service he provides. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping standards were among the best I have ever experienced. Despite the hotel being located right in the heart of Amsterdam, the room was incredibly quiet—we couldn’t hear any outside noise, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable, with Dam Square and all the main attractions just a short walk away. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. Thank you once again to the entire Swissôtel Amsterdam team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Very good location. Quite area near Centraal Station, 2 mins by Tram 26 with the stop across the street from hotel. Bike rental is next door. Perfect for staying before and after cruise. Cruise terminal is in the next building. Room and its bathroom are clean. Breakfast is excellent with fresh quality food. The only downside is the lack of restaurants.

There wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.

The location is about a 10–15 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. The check-in desk is located deep inside a bar, which makes it a bit difficult to find. There is no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be careful, as carrying bags up the stairs can be inconvenient and unsafe

I had a great stay at this hostel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The room and shared facilities were clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it easy to meet other travelers. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

The Hotel Library has an unbeatable location and room size! Spacious big bed, enough walking space in the room and nice bath/toilet size too. Location wise it is on the very main road - walking distance of 8-9 minutes from Centraal Station and opposite to the floating Chinese restaurant. The views of the road from our room were really amazing too. Its heater quickly heats up the room. TV is okay size and has few English channels - who doesn’t like to watch a TV in the hotel room before going to bed! Their room service is good - they make the bed and give fresh towels. There are few things that kind of take away one or two stars: - the elevator, though we are happy that they have one, but the one installed is very slow and you have to keep the buttons pressed and if you take the fingers off it stops midway - we asked for top floor since the views are always nicer from a height and they gave us the 3rd floor (top most) however, the hotel must clarify that after 2nd floor there is no elevator to the 3rd floor and to top it up, the stairs to the 3rd floor are so steep they reminded me of exercise called spiderman mountain climbers! - their room service team however do not clean the area around the kettle. We had sugar dropped and used cups kept and they wouldn’t clean on daily basis saying the cups are to be cleaned by the guests - this was shocking! I expect this to be part of cleaning duty irrespective whether i stay one night or four! - TV channels - out of the few that they have most of them wouldn’t air any content and just names of the channel which is quite irritating when you are given only two-thee channels to flip through. Overall i rate it a 3.5 / 5 for the staff at the reception were really polite - all of them! Happy to recommend this!

Great location - short walk to the Muiderpoort station and a 5 mins train ride into Amsterdam Centraal! For the price, the accomodation was very reasonable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping comes by everyday so you always have a clean room and towels. A fridge in the room is also very handy. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful.  The walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear everything, so it could be annoying!  Overall, great stay in Amsterdam!
