Hotel Tromso dengan Sarapan

They will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.

A great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out. FYI: photos uploaded are taken by iPhone

Amazing hotel! Perfect location- right in the heart of Tromso so you can get around super easily. The hotel was lovely- it had everything you wanted and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

房間有個客廳還蠻大的，客廳有沙發床，餐廳廚房都是連着的，廚房還有洗碗機的，蠻好。 出門走七八分鐘就有一個超市，買東西回來自己煮很方便 唯一的不足就是，如果客廳要睡人的話，那個窗簾不夠寬，擋不住外面的燈光，晚上睡覺有點亮

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

酒店很好，一樓餐廳有24小時熱水、茶和咖啡。酒店有電梯，能免費寄存行李。我們是凌晨一點多的輪船，從酒店到碼頭走路也就五六分鐘，我們可以一直在餐廳休息，喝茶，非常感謝酒店提供的暖心服務。機場大巴到酒店也不遠，大概200米左右。早餐食材豐富，有三文魚（沒有醬油和芥末，有橄欖油…）但是三文魚大概是限量供應，餐枱上一盤三文魚沒有了之後，就沒再上了…不知道去廚房問問還會不會有！！🤭🤭

Hotel básico pero tienes lo imprescindible. Está limpio muy cerca de la calle principal donde se encuentran todas las tiendas. El bufet del desayuno es muy sencillo pero tienes un poco de todo. Tienes siempre en el hall disponible un té o un café por si te apetece. También disponen de servicio de parking en la parte de atrás es justito pero te da el servicio, yo lo usé y aunque era una pista de hielo al menos sabes que tu coche está ok ya que en la calle es misión imposible aparcar y todo es de pago.

The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

This is a 4-star hotel, but they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle for welcome, which was surprising. Even many 2-star hotels offer this basic service. I have stayed in both 5-star and 2-star hotels, and this felt disappointing. Small details like this really affect the overall guest experience.

The place and staffs were really nice, it is quite far from city centre but there is a bus stop right in front so it kind of makes up for the distance.
