Nice, simple hotel with double bed, a small desk and closet bathroom but for the price, it was good enough for one night. Close distance away from Port, shopping mall, and tourist information as well as the Airport.
The man at the desk was very helpful getting us in to another room when the TV didn't work.

A great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

Niklas.SSimple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus.
Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

They will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.

Pengguna TetamuThis hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.

ONG JesslynThis room wasn’t as expected as I stayed in room 703 before. This room 225 was small for 3 adults. No space to open luggages. Lack of charging port. One charging point next to entrance of the door and placed so high that our cables wasn’t long enough to reach we have to pull a chair (see photo luggage height) The tv is spoilt too, u have to adjusted up and down to get TV to be working!!! You have to informed reception to open door to parking so that you can park your car inside, just pay a fee. I love the breakfast buffet.

Hotel básico pero tienes lo imprescindible. Está limpio muy cerca de la calle principal donde se encuentran todas las tiendas. El bufet del desayuno es muy sencillo pero tienes un poco de todo. Tienes siempre en el hall disponible un té o un café por si te apetece. También disponen de servicio de parking en la parte de atrás es justito pero te da el servicio, yo lo usé y aunque era una pista de hielo al menos sabes que tu coche está ok ya que en la calle es misión imposible aparcar y todo es de pago.

This is a 4-star hotel, but they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle for welcome, which was surprising. Even many 2-star hotels offer this basic service. I have stayed in both 5-star and 2-star hotels, and this felt disappointing. Small details like this really affect the overall guest experience.

The place and staffs were really nice, it is quite far from city centre but there is a bus stop right in front so it kind of makes up for the distance.

The hotel is located near the Polaria which is a site one may see the Northern lights. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just down the road. There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor with a few stairs down from the lift lobby. You may consider to put up a request to the hotel for no stairs if you do not want to bring the suitcases up and down the stairs.
