Very near to Tromso Airport. We arrived on 31.12.2024 night. Our baggage was delayed by more than 1.5 hour. By the time we got out from airport, there was a long queue at the taxi stand. So we decided to walk. Walking ~20 minutes (1.6km).
Upon our arrival, one hour before countdown. The hotel staffs were very busy. One of them came to check us in. She was very friendly and kind. She gave us the room overlooking the sea and airport.
Bus 28 (50m away) straight to the town.
The only downside is the bed and pillow. They are too firm.
Overall we are happy with our stay.

+ Lovely harbour view and while it was down to luck, we enjoyed the northern lights from the comforts of our room.
- Restaurant was really busy. No system in the morning and the staff hanging around are mostly there to clean up the used dishes. There should be a queue system when the restaurant is full. Additionally, night time service seems to be overwhelmed with tour (cruise?) group and conference guests, which is understandable especially if you don’t have a reservation. But staffers should inform diners if it would take more than an hour to serve the food.
- Reception not always the friendliest, though they do try to be helpful.

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

A hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

The hotel just a few minutes walk to the city center. But very closed to Polaria bus station that I could walk easily with my suitcase. The staff was very helpful even there was a mistake about my check-in information but I did not have to wait too long for that. The room was clean and warm enough.

Una experiencia maravillosa, el hotel está situado en el centro, a 1 min de las salidas de las excursiones y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. La parada del autobús del aeropuerto está en la puerta del hotel.
Todos los días limpian la habitación, hacen la cama y nos dejan toallas limpias. En la habitación tenemos un hervidor de agua, con vasos, té, azúcar..... Todo lo necesario para que te puedas preparar un té o café soluble sin salir de la habitación. En el baño hay secador de pelo y gel para la ducha.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy variado y por las tardes ofrecen gofres y té gratis para merendar. Sin dudarlo volveremos a reservar este hotel.

ノルウェーならではのノルウェー1美味しい朝ごはんを食べることができました。バランスの整っていますが、本当に美味しいので食べすぎは注意してくださいね😊
夕方は団体のチェックインがかぶると時間がかかりますが大丈夫です、テキパキとしているのでスムーズに進みました。
お部屋にケトルや冷蔵庫が備えてあり、便利です。
特にアジアからの旅行者にとっても、世界中の旅行者にとってもコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルです。本当に色んな言語が飛び交ってます。

OONG JesslynI requested for sea view but upon check in I was given a room facing a dark alley it’s horrible it’s my first time to Tromso. I went back to reception and paid a fee to upgrade to sea view room number 513. This room was breathtaking I enjoyed the night and morning view so much. A bit noisy coming from passerby due to the slippery walkway in front of hotel. The Pust access is located right in front of hotel. Hotel serves tea time and dinner as well.

You might just want to make a note, if you being dropped late night during your chase at the city center, taxi or uber is the only option back (but easily available)

O hotel oferece café e chá e chocolate, não é incrível?! :) A cozinha é ampla e extremamente bem equipada - tem tudo, e podemos preparar uma comida quentinha ao final do dia. A sala de jantar tem vista para a Catedral do Ártico!.... um sonho!, e a janela da cozinha tem uma cortina em LINHO... bordado à mão!! Prendeu-me logo a atenção, porque faz lembrar as cortinas na casa dos nossos pais e avós! ＜3 ＜3 . Adorei tudo neste hotel. Senti-me como se estivesse em minha casa! Na verdade, nem parece um hotel; é tão acolhedor que mais parece a casa de uma família grande! ＜3 . EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.
