PPengguna TetamuA great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置在市中心，步行5分鐘可抵達商業街，酒店附近就有超市、餐廳很是方便，從酒店到郵輪碼頭走路也不超10分鐘。房間設施齊全，前台在一層一個小房間，可以寄存行李，如果當天需要取的話就到20:50。

PPengguna TetamuHotel básico pero tienes lo imprescindible. Está limpio muy cerca de la calle principal donde se encuentran todas las tiendas. El bufet del desayuno es muy sencillo pero tienes un poco de todo. Tienes siempre en el hall disponible un té o un café por si te apetece. También disponen de servicio de parking en la parte de atrás es justito pero te da el servicio, yo lo usé y aunque era una pista de hielo al menos sabes que tu coche está ok ya que en la calle es misión imposible aparcar y todo es de pago.

TTurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

HHitesh8985This is a 4-star hotel, but they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle for welcome, which was surprising. Even many 2-star hotels offer this basic service. I have stayed in both 5-star and 2-star hotels, and this felt disappointing. Small details like this really affect the overall guest experience.

EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

Ttsun hitsujiGreat hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.
