"Extremely convenient location, walking distance to the historical center and main train station. Walkable distance to all historical-city center sights up and down the hill. Rooms were basic, yet clean and has all the basic fixed-amenities. But that was more than made up for by the excellent service and location. I've had an important delivery that I needed for work to the hotel, and the hotel staff were very helpful in tracking down the order and gave me instant update once the package has arrived."

"Lovely boutique hotel not too far from Lisbon tourist sights. Walking into the city centre takes about 20-25 minutes on a lovely walk and on the way back, there’s a short uphill just before you reach the hotel. Room was clean and staff were all friendly and there’s coffee machine and water provided in room. Water can be refilled if you go to the reception or kitchen staff to refill the filtered water any time every day as the reception is manned 24/7. Our favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast. It’s not buffet style but there’s freshly made eggs which they cook to your preference. You can choose your juice and have it refilled too. The bread is made fresh in house and it’s delicious with yoghurt and fruits provided all in a tray."

"had an amazing experience staying at Lisbon City Apartments & Suites! The location is perfect – close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on places to visit and eat. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon!

Title: Wonderful Apartment, Excellent Location
Lisbon City Apartments & Suites exceeded my expectations. The room (1 bed room apartment) was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. I loved how central the location was – I could easily walk to downtown Lisbon, and there was a metro station nearby. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries. This is a great place to stay for both short and long visits. Will definitely be back! Need to take note that the check in is done at Lisbon city hotel which is about 30 metres away."

TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed.
The bar deserves a special mention:
they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio
Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

LLaura Llamas LemiУ меня был очень просторный номер на верхнем этаже. Из окон открывался вид на город. Отель заранее предоставил код для бесконтактного заезда. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а также комплементы в виде снэков, что было очень приятно.
За 4 суток моего пребывания я несколько раз пользовалась кухней для приготовления еды: это было удобно.
Расположение от центра подходит для прогулки пешком.
Взяла на заметку себе эту отельную сеть, так как часто путешествую! Рекомендую.

PPengguna TetamuHotel Carlos Park é excelente — uma experiência muito positiva.
A localização é perfeita, o atendimento é extremamente atencioso, quase VIP, e o café da manhã é simplesmente espetacular, um dos melhores que já tive. Os quartos são amplos e, apesar de uma estrutura mais clássica, oferecem bastante conforto.
Como ponto de atenção, destaco apenas o ar-condicionado, que durante o inverno não permitia ajustar a temperatura para um ambiente mais fresco, deixando o quarto mais quente do que o desejado. Entendo que seja uma limitação comum em muitos hotéis europeus, mas acredito que poderia haver maior flexibilidade nesse sentido.
No geral, é um hotel de alto nível, que recomendo fortemente.

Different cusine and best local restaurants around the hotel. There is a bar restaurant and it is quite a large hotel with many groups staying in the hotel. The room is a bit dated but clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable.

PPQ1491The host didn't email the door code to me and there was no one answering the doorbell for the first three times my friends and I tried when it's raining heavily outside that day. I called the owner and they said they would open the door but they didn't and I had to call another time so that they would actually give us the door code to get into the building.
The environment around the stay is very dirty, the road is full with dog poops everyday since morning and it smells very bad.
My belonging is missing in the apartment when I'm very sure that it was still in the bathroom before we left the room. I'm not sure if the cleaner broke it or something else, but I asked them and they say there's nothing they can do about it. I don't mind if they broke it i just want an explanation about why is it missing and they just ignored me, instead they just say they couldn't find the item.
The cleaner cleans the room everyday, the room is clean and is a nice place to sleep overall.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
