This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. I’ve attached a photo of the bar below for reference.

Convenient location. Right next to metro station and many bus stops .. Numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is quite clean but room is small. There is coffee machine but don't know how to operate! No water kettle is available.

У меня был очень просторный номер на верхнем этаже. Из окон открывался вид на город. Отель заранее предоставил код для бесконтактного заезда. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а также комплементы в виде снэков, что было очень приятно. За 4 суток моего пребывания я несколько раз пользовалась кухней для приготовления еды: это было удобно. Расположение от центра подходит для прогулки пешком. Взяла на заметку себе эту отельную сеть, так как часто путешествую! Рекомендую.

Comfy and spacious room. Shower is good. Location is good. The only defect is there is no plug for power cable on desk

Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

Отличные аппартаменты за свою стоимость. Квартира тёплая, плесени нет, вся необходимая утварь присутствует. Останавливались в феврале, летом может быть жарко, кондиционера не заметили. Из минусов - близость дороги, с открытыми окнами будет шум от машин и трамваев. Также большой минус для граждан России, если у вас нет иностранных карт, то заплатить налог в онлайн консьерже будет невозможно, нам очень повезло, т.к. в этот момент был случайно менеджер David, и мы заплатили наличными, но больше мы его не встречали. Сервис отличный, расположение тоже хорошее, если вы хотите ощутить именно настоящий старый Лиссабон, а не его современную часть. Спасибо. Вернёмся ещё!

Buenas ubicación. Las habitaciones están bastante bien. Eché en falta una recepción personal, pues se hace todo a través de una máquina. Respecto al servicio de limpieza es bueno y eficiente.

Um bom hotel. Bom atendimento. Boas refeições. Bem localizado. Vou repetir.

Location is a bit far from the City Center But Uber in Lisbon is a really good price! Enjoy staying in Novotel Lisbon

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
