ดีมากค่ะ พนักงานน่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี ให้ความช่วยเหลือเราดีมากๆ ขนมอร่อยค่ะ ผลไม้อร่อย มีขนมและผลไม้ตรงล็อบบี้ให้แขกหยิบได้เลยกรณีเรารีบๆออกไปเที่ยวจากโรงแรม ดีมากๆเลยค่ะ แถมมีแชมเปญ ไวน์ ปทาร์ตไข่มาเป็น complimentary ให้เราในห้องด้วย น่ารักมากๆเลยค่ะ อาหารเช้าก้อร่อย ทำเลปลอดภัยมากๆ เดินไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญๆสะดวกมากๆ แนะนำเลยค่ะ

Amazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。

We had very pleasant experience with helpful staff, clean and modern facility, and delicious breakfast. The facility is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Really loved having an option of online portal for requesting stuff/making reservation - staff was very helpful and prompt in response as well! Very good access to various tourist attractions and a shopping mall. We would definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

De Passage une nuit à Lisbonne, emplacement parfait, très central. Accueil très pro, très réactifs au téléphone pour arranger l’heure d’arrivée. Studio nickel et très spacieux, literie au top, en ce qui me concerne surclassement offert…minuscule bémol pour la salle de bain pour apporter un peu de critique constructive… j’y retourne demain sans hésiter..

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Very nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
