The hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.

Хороший уютный отель в центре города недалеко от ворот Адриана. Очень приветливый персонал, при заезде все рассказали и показали. Завтраки могут приносить к назначенному времени прямо в номер, без дополнительных плат. В номере убираются каждый день, также есть все необходимое. Хороший бонус от отеля это вода питьевая, чай и кофе (в номере стоит кофемашина). При выборе номера, обязательно обращайте внимание на номер с окном или без, у нас было без цена дешевле и это не портило нахождение в нем. WiFi хорошо работает.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Antalya city center. We reserved two guest rooms, both of which were well-appointed, clean, and spacious, exuding a sense of historical charm. The accommodations were equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Notably, for a three-star hotel, the facilities and services provided were exceptional. The breakfast offered a delectable array of options, particularly the cheese selection, which was truly impressive. The staff members were exceptionally accommodating and courteous.

Good and clean place. I stayed for 2 nights and was happy with this place. It is very convenient to get to the bus and tram stops, the old city, seaside, supermarkets. Service is very good as well.

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Чистый, хорошие современные номера. Завтраки вкусные, много всего, капучино отличный. Есть сауна и хамам бесплатные по предварительной записи. На рецепшн русского не знают, но английский знают хорошо. В основном, в отеле останавливаются иностранцы. В номере есть тапочки, зубные щётки и паста, расчёска, бритва, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, ватные диски, ватные палочки, иголка и нитки), сейф, фен, вай-фай, смарт тв, смотрели фильм на русском через ютюб) Если на улице дождь, можно взять зонт на рецепшн. Рядом супермаркет А101, за отелем пекарня, всякие булочки можно купить. Много остановок, скачали приложение moovit и ездили на общественном транспорте, очень удобно, но надо иметь antaliakard, которую можно пополнить и купить рядом с отелем в терминале. Отель классный, бронируйте)

This hotel has all the basic needs, nothing fancy if that’s what you’re looking for. The room was spacious and located on an alley street. Just a consideration if you book a tour for pick up. A big van or bus will have you meet them at a certain pick up point and not pick up at the hotel. I didn’t want to pay for taxi so I walk 15 minutes away to be picked up at 6 in the morning. It was a little scary because it was quiet that early in the morning. You are a few steps walk from everything, shops, restaurants and maybe 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel staff were great.

This was an interesting hotel, particularly because I was looking for a business-oriented accommodation. It had a clean and modern look, but some details were lacking. I liked the room design and the concept of the mattress being elevated on a concrete slab. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great. However, I had a significant issue with the air conditioning. Despite adjusting it, the room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature. When I inquired with the reception staff, they were dismissive and insisted that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and that no one else had complained. This was clearly untrue, as I've seen numerous reviews from other guests complaining about the same issue. The reception staff's attitude was unhelpful, and they simply suggested that I endure it and speak to the manager in the morning. The breakfast was acceptable but not great. While the staff were attentive and always ready with refills, the overall quality of the food could be improved. For example, cold drinks and juices should be offered as standard without an extra charge. The reception staff were inconsistent. I asked about laundry service and was told to see the menu, but it wasn't on the menu. When I asked to print out my boarding pass, I was told to come back in an hour. The next morning, there was no explanation for the delay. Only when I mentioned that we couldn't wait did she manage to print it out in three minutes! Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the hotel is good and the location is perfect for accessing the tram. The manager was excellent and went above and beyond to resolve my air conditioning problem. However, the reception staff need to be more engaged and knowledgeable to provide better customer service.

This hotel provides a cozy and down-to-earth experience, ideal for travelers looking for comfort within a reasonable budget. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me store my luggage when my flight was late at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me. I'd give it 4 stars based on the quality of service it offers. While it's not a luxurious 5-star hotel, it definitely delivers on warmth and hospitality.

Just one night stay before we moved on somewhere else. No need for taxi or airport transfers, just take the Tram from the airport to city centre, pay at the machine on the platform, if paying by Lira it only excepts notes up to 50lr so maybe have some small notes, it also excepts card. When you get to the centre get off at Doğu Garajı stop, step off the tram, look to your left and Start Hotel is right on the corner, easy! The hotel staff are lovely, we had a very quick easy check in and then taken to our room. We had an economy room, it was spacious, clean, bright, fully equipped shower room and everything worked as it should. Breakfast room was lovely and again nice staff, buffet breakfast with a large, Turkish but there was something for everyone to start the day! We enjoyed our very short stay and if ever in the area again would definitely stay again!
