The laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready. The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station. If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant. Better have company if you really need to go out at night. The staff is very friendly. But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected. The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would have only wished for a kettle and a dishwasher and a sponge.

La ubicación me pareció perfecta. Está cerca del transporte público (tranvía, bus), cerca de la estación central y a unos 15 minutos dl centro histórico de Bremen. La atención del personal fue estupenda. La habitación era grande, con todo lo necesario, cocina, frigorífico, microondas, especio de escritorio.

Great location, nearby tram Station and HBF which at night time can be loud but we had no problem with noise once inside the hotel. Clean, comfortable, reception team friendly, only aspect that it lacked was a kettle in the room - it had a full kitchenette too. I'd recommend his to others & stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, nice rooms and close to the center and station. We even received a free city guide If we go to Bremen again we will definitely come back here. Highly recommended..

the room is ridiculously small. they put two beds where there is not enough space. The worst thing is that it was cold in the room but the old-fashioned bathroom was freezing. The quality of the accommodation does not correspond to the price. lastly, some of the staff were very noisy from early in the morning in front of the rooms.

NOT SAFE, DRUG ADDICTED NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Do not stay or park anywhere near this hotel. ******* have broken into cars, buildings, and openly use ***** on the streets surrounding this hotel during the evening. Our car window was smashed and the POLICE were not surprised, confirming this is a bad area for tourists or anyone. The hotel manager told us where to park, we told him about OPEN DRUG ABUSE WITH NEEDLES and asked him to call the police to get rid of those people in a secured parking structure. The Vienna House manager said "It is not my problem!" with no concern for our safety.

Great bedrooms - really spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. The road the hotel is on is busy but not too noisy. And it's only a short walk to the old town and nearby cafes. Good value for money

When you arrive at the hotel you actually wonder where you have ended up. The surroundings is really like a suburb and to be honest, it is not an area where you feel safe as a tourist. But, the hotel room and the service was really great. The room had a pentry as well. The parking that was said at *********** that they should have, didn't exist and you have to park at a parking garage 400 metres away or by the street where you can pay with easypark. When we left we saw that several cars in the garage had broken windows but ours had made it. The gym are very small and didn't have any AC running when we were there. The breakfast was reallly great and really fresh.

Room very small but clean. Looks like it was a warehouse turned into hotel. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was never at reception desk and had to wait a while sometimes for them to show up and not too friendly to Americans. The property looks like it's in a bad area. Doesn't look like a hotel from the outside.

Excellent hotel, close to the station, tram stops and a short walk to the city. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Would definitely return !
