Fabulous Hotel in glorious gardens which provide a wonderful setting for the expansive pool. On site shop is excellent for basic needs including a good selection of beers and wines at reasonable prices. The rooms are modern, spacious and well equipped and immaculately clean. There is a small exercise room with treadmills, bikes cross trainers and weights ideal for a daily workout. Meals in the restaurant are of a very high standard and staff are attentive and friendly This was our second stay and we will definitely return

We were in a nice, spotless, small apartment no.213B. Ground floor with terrace that got morning sun but had no view, on a road but quiet enough to have the window open at night. Housekeeping everyday (except on Sundays) was good but not completed until late afternoon. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have been nice. Although free tea, coffee & hot chocolate are available in the bar & pool area between 10am & 3pm, but not always anyone there to serve. Hotel gardens are very beautiful but I'm not keen on caged birds or caged guinea pigs. The hotel cats seem happy & cared for. The icy pool is amazing & pristine with plenty of loungers. Without exception ALL the staff are lovely. Really friendly & efficient. Only downside to our stay was the poor quality of the food. We were half board & would only go B&B if we returned. Breakfast was just ok but dinner was disappointing to say the least. Everything tasted the same (actually no taste!), was nearly always tepid & with eyes shut the meat/fish was unidentifiable. Sad little selection of salad which never changed all week. The desserts were the worst part - dry cakes, rock hard buns, synthetic tasting "cream" & odd little pots of tasteless goo. Even the ice cream seemed the cheapest possible. Truly awful. There are several ok restaurants nearby or lots of choice in Santa Cruz about 10 minutes drive away. You definitely need a car & we were pleased we'd booked one with our package.

Beautiful hotel in convenient location near Santa Cruz and the airport. Meticulously kept tropical gardens , fabulous swimming pool. The apartment was generously sized, very clean and comfortable. Everywhere was aesthetic and pleasing. Wonderful staff, great food. Total perfection in all respects. Can't wait to go back!

An absolutely lovely place from lobby through to pool and to room! We only stayed one night but after booking we wish we had stayed much longer ! They have a really great well stocked shop onsite which is amazing for the fact the rooms have kitchens!

Amazing hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff all work so hard to keep the hotel to the standard it is. Lovely, well appointed rooms, kept spotless by the room service staff. Breakfast and dinner is served in the restaurant with views over the pool or sea. Excellent, varied selection of hot and cold food that caters for everyone. The hotel has a fabulous pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, all kept perfectly maintained. Absolute paradise.

We came here fot the 13th time. Beautiful acommodation set in a tropical garden with seawater pool. Lola the parrot welcomes everyone. Excellant service, friendly and helpful staff, Beautiful apartments. Delicious food (buffet) with many choices, We have aklready booked again for May 2025.
