Sunflower Lodge

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Sunflower Lodge Bridlington.Urszula and Maks are perfect hosts being friendly with warmth yet remaining unobtrusive. Sunflower Lodge is spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout. We booked room 1: on the first floor, which was very comfortable with a nice en-suite containing a good, spacious shower. Throughout our stay we encountered no intrusive noise at all. Breakfast was a joy, offering a comprehensive selection, cooked to order, and delicious, too! Thanks to the ( now digital ) parking permits we were able to leave our car in the bay outside throughout our stay. It took us just three minutes to walk to the clean esplanade and welcoming beach. All in all, we had a lovely holiday and are delighted to give Sunflower Lodge our unreserved & highest possible recommendation.

This hotel is very comfortable .Our room had everything we needed including a fridge with water and real milk.Plenty of tea and coffees and biscuits. The bathroom had hand-wash, shampoo and shower jel. Comfortable bed and everything was so clean. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice in a spacious dining room I recommend this hotel.

The owners were very courteous and friendly. We only stayed the one night, but we were impressed with the condition and standard of the room. All the little extras were extreamly thoughtful, inc a small sewing kit, playing cards, a fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, toiletries, iron, radio, tissues, water, immaculately clean linen and towels. Breakfast was tasty and filling with a variety of hot food as well as cereals, fruit, toast and juice. Very highly recommended. (we parked in a long stay car park, literally next door to the lodge for £3.30 for 24 hours. All in all, staying there enhanced our break.

What a fantastic little place. Hosts were very welcoming and the room was absolutely immaculate. We had room one which is in the picture and was just gorgeous. Super clean and well furnished. Great choice for breakfast and well made. A few minutes walk to the front and to the bars in the evening. Simply cannot fault the place. Absolutely terrific. Thank you very much.

Great short break at Sunflower Lodge. Nice accommodation, lovely room and hosts are great. Its a short walk to the town centre, about 10 mins. Easy parking using a permit issued by the hotel. We had a nice time in Bridlington and we will would recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed in a single room which was spotlessly clean, a mini fridge had fresh milk and a bottle of water. Top up was offered if required. Didn't have breakfast but sat in the dining room whilst waiting for my transport home and again it was faultless

Great place to stay so close to the sea and the service is amazing! Breakfast was super tasty, very happy with my stay. We are planning to visit again soon as we really enjoyed staying at sunflower lodge 😊

What a wonderful stay at The Sunflower. From the welcome to the fantastic breakfast they owners were 5 star and we won’t look for anywhere else in Bridlington unless it’s full!! A big THANK YOU and we will see you later in the year.

I am so pleased I found this B and B. Maks and Urzula gave me a very friendly welcome. My room was very comfortable including toiletries, tea and coffee, mini fridge (with real milk). Breakfast was great with lots of choice. It is only five minutes walk into Bridlington and 15 mins drive from Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head. Parking was a pound a day for a permit and I could always park right outside. All of this for £55 a night. I would highly recommend staying with Maks and Urzula at the Sunflower Lodge.
