A Beautiful nest to explore the rioja area. Staff were very welcoming . The bedroom was cosy. The bathroom well furnish. Breakfast was Really tasty. They also got some good wines. We recomend it. All the hotel, got some spatious area, Nice to read, smoke or play.

Wonderful property and staff! Enjoyed our complimentary winery tour (included with our booking) at Gomez-Cruzado winery. Ricardo was very friendly and hepful at check in and throughout evening. When we returned after dinner, we smelled a delicious smell and Ricardo told us he had just finished making croissants and offered us some for a late night snack - they were delicious! Begona was a wonderful breakfast hostess. The breakfast offering was the best we had during all of our time in Spain - many and varied choices and all were delicious. The restuarant was quaint and lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night at this site as that is all the time we had. We wished we could have stayed more, as the hotel is delightful, as is the local town. Breakfast was very good. Happy to return in the future.

The building is very characterful. Breakfast service excellent. Great dinner in Briñas in hotel by river. Once you find it parking is easy. Many Bodegas in the area. around 30 mins outside of Vitorio

Quirky and personal - A reall experience to relax and enjoy. The hotel is really beautiful with interesting antiques and objets D'art. The sevice is pesonal if the person on duty does not spek English everything is done with a smile and google. Our room 7 was very spacious with a lovely glassed in balcony and a huge comfy bed. You can ask at any time for a coffeee, wine etc. There is no bar as such but personal service. The garden is delightful. Breakfast is oreered in advance and very good. You cannot help but enjoy your stay here.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and received the warmest of welcomes. A lovely building, super comfy beds and a great shower. A lovely stroll, out of the hotel turn left,then left up the bank to the seats for a great view with the Ebro beneath you. A bit of a scramble down to the river side walk to the Plaza Mayor and a couple of nice bars. Highly recommend!

Hospederia Senorio de Brinas is a nice hotel with stone walls, old tall white doors, wooden floor and overall the flair of the 18th century. The room was nicely decorated, and there is also a small garden which can be used by all guests. Breakfast had to be selected the day before to ensure no food is wasted, and was of good quality and selection. The staff was very friendly although only little capable of english - but with my little Spanish, their English and good will on both sides no problem. Parking is easily available nearby. Only small downside: inside the house is little noise protection. When we stayed there, there was a larger Spanish group in the hotel for a celebration, and when they came back early morning it was quite noisy and for 1-2 hours impossible to sleep.

Old world amazing! Quiet and quaint with the most attentive staff and service. The garden is spectacular with little things hidden everywhere you look. Thank you Roberto for taking such good care of us. We will be back! Looking forward to our next adventure through the Rioja wine region.

This hotel is charming.. Situated in the village of Brinas it has alot of lovely features, friendly helpful staff and the garden is lovely. We went as two couples and one couple paid for a superior room and that is our advice. We didn't as couldn't see alot of difference for the price and regretted it. We had room 105. Firstly the bathroom for the room next door was built into a corner of our room so whenever the people in the next door room used the bathroom (when they cam ein at 11.30pm) to shower) it disturbed us. Secondly the floor was extremely creaky and so if one of us got up at night it woke the other. Thirdly the bathroom was shabby, in contract to our friends bathroom that was beautiful. We thoroughly recommend this hotel, but pay the extra - its worth it.
