Je suis vraiment heureuse d avoir séjourner dans cette hôtel. De l’accueil jusqu’au femme de ménage très gentille. Ils se sont mieux occuper de moi qu un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je recommande. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et complet. Juste à côté de centre commercial. Le bus dépose à côté de l hôtel . Je vous remercie pour votre gentillesse et votre bonne éducation.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel , The manager Amit was extremely helpful , professional and provided great customer service. Room was clean and AC worked awesome , which was great as it was extremely hot outside. I will definitely be back in the future as I felt extremely comfortable here.

My husband and I stayed there for business and pleasure. The first room had a jacuzzi tub (total surprise) with double beds ($175) and the second room was a king bed ($114/night). We travel during the heights of graduation festivities and was happy to find something AFFORDABLE that WASNT infested with anything. I used to work housekeeping and the rooms were clean so good job housekeeping team! Also I always check the mattresses wherever I stay…and they had additional mattress protectors and they were clean! So while it wasn’t the Ritz or Copley…it was comfortable and affordable-especially on short notice during event season.

My suite was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel market is well stocked. Writing a review because the staff here went above and beyond for me. I have a small stuffed animal that was given to me by my best friend that I always bring on work trips as my travel buddy. I realized after I had checked out that I accidentally left him in the room, and I was so worried it would get thrown away. I called and the person I spoke to told me they would take care of it. When I came back later in the day, they had put him in a bag with a nice note and a lollipop. (I recognize that this review sounds like it was written by a 5 year old, but I swear I'm almost 30.) It was a small thing, but involved a lot of sentimental value for me and I really appreciated the staff's kindness. Thank you for saving Bubsy!! :)

Très bon séjour en général. * points positifs : - grand parking gratuit - grande chambre et literie super confortable - très bon wifi gratuit - des cookies gratuits à l'arrivée (bons, en plus !) - personnel sympa - plein de prises et ports usb dans la chambre * points négatifs : - hôtel excentré (30 minutes de Boston et beaucoup de traffic), mais sur la route de Cape Code et Plymouth, ça c'est bien - voiture obligatoire car pas/peu de commerces/restaurants à proximité - quelques travaux de rénovation en cours (un peu de bruit et quelques portes/endroits inaccessibles) - le pire : papier toilette d'une minceur abominable, changez-le, par pitié ! Bilan global : très positif, malgré ces petits inconvénients, tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande cet hôtel ! Merci :)

This place has clearly fallen down since my last visit two years ago. Tub drained poorly. Took 10 minutes to get hot water in shower. Was misquoted breakfast hours and as a result did not receive promised breakfast. Manager not only did not apologize but said he would ”investigate* the latter, which was kinda insulting. Did not receive promised response to my request to be comped value of breakfast. Overall was not made to feel welcome. No greeting on entry. Room was otherwise clean and adequate. Will stay elsewhere in the future given my experience. I am a lifetime Choice loyalty program member.
