Rosenburg Hotel Brugge

We stayed at Hotel Rosenburg for two nights opting for a canal view room which was very big, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The hotel is not a big one but has everything you could need and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a good choice of mainly continental style but with bacon and scrambled eggs also available. The hotel is situated on the canal in a quiet part of the town and a 10-15 walk along the canal brings you into the centre of Bruges, so access is very easy. They have a secure car park which is situated a couple of minutes from the hotel allowing you to drop your bags off then continuing to the car park once checked in, there was ample space outside the hotel to leave car whilst checking in. All in all I’d have no hesitation in recommending the Rosenburg.

Settled next to one of the canals, positioned close enough to the centre, but at a discreet distance to be away from the bustle and crowds, this hotel provided us with the perfect place from which to relax and explore. The spacious room was more than adequate, and spotlesley clean. The knowledgeable staff, provided guidance and suggestions to which attractions should be viewed. Whilst the buffet style breakfast choice was more than adequate, it's a shame that they do not provide a similar evening buffet, especially as one of teh days on which we stayed, was extremely wet. The lobby and bar area are such that you can be private if you require, or be able to converse with other guests, whilst having a drink. In conclusion, should we ever visit Bruges again, we would not hesitate to stay at the Rosenburg.

The hotell is located next to a canal away from the busiest streets, with a ~10 min walk to the city centre, about ~30 min walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants close by, further down the canal. The rooms are nice, with comfortable beds, containing all you need. The staff is very friendly and super helpfull so dont be afraid to ask. The breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast with eggs, bacon ++, different breads etc. Overall a very pleasant stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was large with a canal view! It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and the many restaurants nearby made it easy to find a place for dinner. The hotel is right outside the main centre so it is quiet while still being close to everything!

We were very impressed with this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. The room was massive, with windows on 2 sides looking over the canal. Great location, just out of the city centre. Really good restaurants and bars 5 mins walk (Punta Est, Brasserie Uilenspiegel, Cafe t Klein, Boem Patat) and many more. Had a fantastic day out on rented bikes (De Ketting). Breakfast is continental with hot bacon and scrambled eggs. Good selection of bread, cheese, eggs, hams, fruit, yoghurt, etc. All you can eat/drink. Would definitely return as so spacious and quiet at night. Bus stop right outside (across the canal No1 route) every 10mins to the station.

STAY HERE. Period. The hotel is lovely with large rooms and canal views. It is a little out of the main town (6 blocks?) but when 6 cruise ships and 100 school groups pour into town it makes this place even better! Close to every thing but QUIET! Dining is all around. Service is excellent! Ask for a canal room. Sitting here, sipping wine with windows wide open. LOVELY!
