Really nice staff especially front desk and morning breakfast. However facilities could do with some upgrading especially the carpets (fully flat) and the aircon. We were there during really hot summer and it took a long while (like hours) before the temperature could come down to a reasonable cool level/

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Very friendly & helpful staff, great food, location in a historic building in the Old City area. In its category the hotel certainly earns every star and then some. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel and great quality. Been there to enjoy the capital and I can say that the location is formidable. It’s located in the old town and just a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops. I had a good time enjoying the hotel amenities and the bedroom.

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

El hotel esta muy bien, no se merece las 5* dado su estado de conservación. El restaurante “La Cucina” esta muy bien y muy buena la comida. El JW Steak House es un robo, 80€ comer un solomillo con patatas y ensalada . …

This hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a high standard with nothing to fault. Staff were helpful. Our only let down would be location is out of city centre a good 45 minute walk, or rely on Uber and the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming and lacked choice and variety. Coffee not served at breakfast is an extra charge which I’ve never found elsewhere during travels especially when there is no drink making facilities in the room. Beautiful hotel, location more suited for business not a city break and things like breakfast and drink making aren’t great. On a positive note the neighbours dog who visits the front door is lovely and friendly.

I stayed in a few Holiday Inn Hotels in Europe but this one is my favourite 100%. Very clean, modern and the breakfast is just amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly! The location is also very good, close to a few tourist attractions and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants. Pe data viitoare!

Ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Ξενοδοχείο RAMADA PLAZA και ευελπιστούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε. Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογη, οι εγκαταστάσεις με όλες τις τεχνολογίες και καθαρές. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο με αρκετή ποικιλία επιλογών. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε το γυμναστήριο και το Vitality club για μασαζ, steam bath και σάουνα τα οποία απολαύσαμε. Ξεχωριστή νότα επίσης έδωσαν στις διακοπές μας και οι δύο μεγάλες πισίνες όπου περάσαμε αρκετές ώρες χαλάρωσης.
