The apartment was in an excellent location, clean and modern with everything needed. The only issue I had was I did not receive any of the check in instructions or lockbox information ahead of my stay as stated on **********. Luckily the hotel manager and apartment owner were very helpful and assisted me with checking in but this was an hour after the check in time stated and only when I returned to the apartment block to enquire myself. I didn’t receive an email from ********** with the required info until my third day in the apartment.

Excellent place well located within walking distance to the main transportation and tours. Clean and host was very cordial quickly answering all our text questions.

No real receptionist. So evening there is no one present All virtual communications by WhatsApp , which was excellent. Great location and clean

Me and my friend stayed here. It is budget friendly and the staff especially Eyal have been so accomading. I would hinghly reccomend this hotel. It is the perfect t locations close to everything and a short journey from any sights you want to see and theboublic transport is right outside not that you need it in this location.

I am old school man and couldn’t adapt in the beginning about accessing by codes and communicating by WhatsApp Rest of it was good

I stayed here in april 2023. When i wake up in the morning the fire alarm was going of (no fire) and all morning and afternoon it didn’t stop all the people came out the room and they didnt fix it!! It took hours.They offer a compensation of “25” euro. When i came back to my country I had contact on whatsapp with the owner and they lie everytime they will give the money back. 3 times i had to contact them and till now they didnt refund me he asked me 3 times for my booking number as i send it 3 times!!!!Its not about the money but about the lies!!!! Horrible service!

What a fabulous place central for everything. We walked to all the things we wanted to see as they were in easy reach so perfectly placed. The host provided great communication throughout, arranging a car to pick us up at the airport. He sent a video through to help us locate everything all really secure. The whole place was clean and fresh. We could take stairs or use the lift to the third floor where our beautiful apartment was waiting for us. It was warm and roomy with hair dryer, iron, kettle and fridge was available. The separate shower and toilet was perfect. Hand wash shower and shampoo all available with clean fresh towels on the towel heater. If you want to be central for all that budapest has to offer in a safe and secure, clean and welcoming apartment this is the one for you. I am blown away by the communication from the host excellent

The hotel is very nice and cosy. I highly suggest it. :) It is at the very centre of Budapest. When you step outside, there is directly Budapest Eye. Near are fashion stores and there are a lot of restaurants very near by so you won't be hungry. :)

We arrived to a filthy, smelly, full of dirt apartment. We couldn't stay there so we called them and said we were leaving somewhere else. They said no problem and that they were sorry for the mess and that they would refund us. Since then, and after many calls they have still not refund us anything and they don't intend to. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Liers. Do not come anywhere close to these unproffesional kids.
