Un très bel établissement très bien situé pour visiter Budapest, car la localisation est centrale et elle est très bien desservie par les moyens de transports. En effet, vous avez une ligne de métro et une ligne de bus juste en face de l'hôtel. La décoration est très belle et le personnel offre un service de premier ordre. Un seul bémol à notre expérience, notre chambre du 5ème avait 2 fenêtres en très hautes n'offrant aucune possibilité d'avoir une vue sur l'extérieur. Cette information, n'a pas été portée à notre connaissance à la réservation.

I will write a detailed review purely because another hotel I wasn’t even staying at saved us on this occasion. I booked for my 30th birthday with my partner to stay here purely because it is supposed to be at five star hotel upon arrival I was asked to sign a waiver form that they told me wasn’t actually accurate information this doesn’t give you much confidence as a customer because you’re signing something that is invalid. Then further to this I was given a complimentary drinks voucher for both of us hold that note. I have made the hotel aware before it was my 30th birthday as I was hoping they would put something special on as we couldn’t travel and arrange anything in time as I was on a previous holiday when booking. When I arrive to the room it was very warm but as the temperature was cold outside it almost felt nice, however I noticed a problem as the thermostat was on zero but didn’t want to cause an issue so waited until the morning of which I actually woke up very unwell with extreme cold as I had to open the door throughout the night to control the temperature of the room I reported this at 8 am at the reception however nothing was done about this there was numerous issues throughout the day with the hotel the lift broke down The spa was extremely small and hygienic very dirty in the sauna things left around the Jacuzzi that was not good for sanitation reasons. it was really cold and unenjoyable there is actually no staff to order drinks and fruit of which I wanted and I had to walk to reception in my swimming costume to find out where the staff was they couldn’t locate the staff member for a long while and when they finally did she came in slumped herself on the chair and went on her phone it was really not a relaxing atmosphere looked very tacky. At this point my friends are really disappointed with what I was experiencing for my 30th birthday -they was staying at hotel number 26 Budapest.** which I couldn’t Recommend enough the hospitality and customer service skills despite their only a four star hotel was unmatched**they put on balloons complimentary drinks and a desire to celebrate my birthday. The cleaners came to change the room as they do and they actually took our complimentary Drinks vouchers from the room -at this point I was just completely done. of which when I raised these issues with the hotel they have stated that I’ve never gone to reception and mentioned anything about the heating when I clearly did they would have me on CCTV and they didn’t even know what I was talking about about a complimentary drinks voucher at that point obviously I didn’t wanna spend any more time in this hotel because I’ve been shown a better Time by a hotel I wasn’t even staying at that was actually one star less. For anyone staying in this hotel please do not pay more than £50 a night this is not a five star hotel this gives more like a 3 star with the spa facilities being very old and rundown The staff have zero experience with hosting an

位置超級棒，到哪裡都方便，酒店每位員工都很nice，見面都會打招呼，沒有種族歧視，問問題很耐心，酒店內有opera購票中心，下午茶的紅葡萄酒很好喝，並且有鋼琴演奏，運氣好還有美女歌手。早歺也好吃，可以現在場點歺．軟的水煮蛋特別好吃。早歺的硅魚超好吃，惟一遺憾的是房間沒有燒水壺，沒有牙刷牙膏。

Not sure why this hotel isn’t rated 5* on tripadvisor. I stayed here for 4 nights and found it a pleasant stay. Staff were nice and helpful when needed. Free water available at the bar and minibar in the room also included free drinks which was a nice addition. They say that your room is not cleaned daily unless you request it at reception, but ours did get cleaned daily without us having to ask. There is an option to pay for breakfast in the morning for around £14 if it’s not included in your stay. We didn’t opt for it but we saw a few people eating in the breakfast area of the morning and they seemed to be happy with what they had. Hotel has a place to store your bags if your flight is a late one as checkout is at 12 o’clock - plenty of time to have a late morning. Great location too with easy access to sites, restaurants and public transportation. Hotel was very clean throughout too and well priced in my opinion for this level of hotel. Recommend staying here.

But a special thank you to Merhan Armen (I think that’s the spelling) who went out of his way to provide us the best hospitality we have ever experienced by long shot. Truly an asset to your company. The room it self had all the normal amenities that are offered by a hotel and the overall location was ideal. Nothing was too far away and had lots of connections to various tourist locations.

The room was very warm and very clean. It had all the facilities that were written on the website although they didn’t provide us any shampoo or body wash. Additionally the towels were very small and we only had two per person for everything (face, hair, body etch). We did ask for a double bed via booking but we were given a twin bed room. It was not a bad experience but it sure good be better!

There are some great things about this hotel and there are some bad things about this hotel. The staff is EXCELLENT and they have a GREAT pool area. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect!!! The bad thing was that the hotel did not have an AC . I admit it was winter but no AC so I was a bit hot. You have to open the window to make the room cool down. I got a deluxe room but the view not nice. I got to stare at some steel chimneys with a slight view in the far distance of the main cathedral. The carpets were also kind of dirty and I think the hotel should have someone look at the room before giving them to clients. They need to do a better job of cleaning the floors and the carpets. I would stay there again but drop them a note and tell them to look at the room before giving it to me. Another to be aware of this is an ADULTS ONLY hotel. I like kids but I like having adults only too. The hotel has a good vibe and aI had a good time there. The hotel just needs to work on refining their cleaning practices!!! Great pool!! I was pleased except to for the carpet dust. I will say that when I complained about it was fixed the next day!!!

A good hotel but still needs to work on a few things. Rooms are excellent. At Breakfast the staff is a bit cold and a touch rude. When asked for butter, which ran out, a huge - „what?“, followed by an „ahhhh“ as the diva devine walked off to replace. Wine served at the bar is dishwasher water - come on - you are a wine Country, so serving wine which is the cheapest possible - seriously!!! Otherwise you can fault.
