酒店位置居於布市中心，距離九月七日大街及方尖碑都很近。衞生整潔，服務熱情。在酒店一層餐廳用過三次晚餐，感覺很好！酒店大堂的足球超讚👍🏻

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y con grandes ventanales. El desayuno bien, aunque esperaba hubieran medialunas típicas que me encantan. A veces habían... Pero había un pan Brioche, exquisito que no extrañé las medialunas. Algo que me gustó fue que los panes de moldes no estaban a la intemperie sino que estaban envueltos de a dos cuidando no se secaran, un buen detalle. Muy limpio, todo el personal muy correcto y atento, colaborando y solucionando cualquier consulta. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Just a brief review. 3 night stay in BA. Hotel is located in a very walkable area - day and night, I thought. It is close to many of the areas of tourist interest. (Note my definition of walkable is anything within 20-30 minutes in well lit areas for night time.) My room was clean and comfortable. My only laugh is that the elevators have signage about 6 passengers. I'm a average sized person; I say that 3 in an elevator is tight. A nice feature was that this is a hotel that took seriously multi use towels, no daily room cleaning, etc. I received a free beer each day of my stay since I chose to reuse towels and didn't have housekeeping. However, someone did knock on the door each afternoon to check to see if I needed anything. Impressive. Breakfast was fine, but check the timing. This hotel was obviously utilized by retiree tour groups. This could make the breakfast area quite crowded if you weren't there early. And don't get in the way of retirees and their free breakfast. I would have stayed another couple of nights, but I had to switch to a more business-friendly property and my room did not have a comfortable chair and desk to work nor any place in the lobby. My only criticism and it was likely just a one time occurrence was that at checkout, there was a line out the door of guests to check-in (likely 100 some guests in line). I had to decide if I would be polite and wait, but I had already scheduled a ride to the next hotel, so I found my way to the front desk and an agent finally acknowledged me and took care of checkout, although it did ruffle the feathers of other guests checking in.

This was my second stay at Novotel Buenos Aires. It is located in the heart of downtown on Avenida Corrientes just down the street from El Oblisco (the Obelisk), the iconic monument in Buenos Aires. This hotel is in the heart of the theater district and within easy walking distance of nice malls like Galleria Pacifico. I love the location and the breakfast buffet is very nice. My room was clean, well appointed and in good condition. House keeping took good care of my room every day. The hotel is extremely close to the subway line which makes the whole city easy to reach. My overall feeling is that for my business stay, this hotel was just right. If I came back for a personal vacation with my family, I would also be very comfortable at this Novotel. Great value for what you get. A small gym, a pool and very close to some amazing restaurants.

酒店位置非常好，房間夠大設備也不錯。但服務比較生硬，我們第二天是南森號郵輪預訂的客房，二位客人拼房但給的卻是大床房，二個陌生人沒法睡的。協商很久也解決不了，最後補一條被子睡沙發了事！另外團隊到酒店已經夜晚一點多了，還要在前台排隊一個一個的登機入住，而不能事先準備好房卡直接入住！ 我們南極郵輪迴程住索芙特酒店，到前台房卡都已經全部準備好了，很方便！

Booked online based upon recommendation from nearby hospital I was visiting. Room rate for high season was very reasonable…and it is located just one block from the Florida Street shopping and galeria! Very clean, quiet and team was outstanding in guest support, tips and recommendations for things to do (and watch out for). I collaborated online to arrange transportation from EZE (an hour away in traffic) for my pickup, as well as for my trip to the hospital and back to EZE. Billing was made to the hotel, very easy to coordinate! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful options. Well worth staying here…I will come back on future trips to BA!

Beautiful hotel with fabulous service! The Scala has amazingly large rooms and a huge breakfast. The people are excellent and very professional. Our light dinners were great. This is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

My wife and I had a wonderful 6 night stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to quite a few bars, restaurants, and shops. A bit further away from some of the scenic areas of the city, however the public transport and taxis are very good value for money. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. It made our stay in Buenos Aires extra special.
