The hotel need renovation.

Uma porcaria. Não há ar-condicionado nos quartos. Ao chegar no hotel fiquei sabendo que o ar-condicionado é central, ou seja, único para todos os apartamentos. Água do chuveiro demora bastante para aquecer. O serviço deixou faltar até papel higiênico no apartamento. Reclamei de tudo, mas nada foi resolvido.

位置很好，離五月廣場幾很近，分鐘步行路程，房間偏小，不過衞生間大，乾淨，前台服務態度好。

距離五月廣場很近 周圍的景點較多，還有一條步行街，吃住行都很方便，酒店服務很好，眼下在裝修中 健身房不能用 早餐稍微簡單了點

早餐豐富，房間無暖氣，無水煲，房間隔板好薄，聽到另外房客的聲音。

The cheapest hotel in downtown Buenos Aires, but it doesn't show. The hotel is fine. Except, maybe, my room had no AC control (the AC for the entire floor had to be turned ON or OFF) and the breakfast buffet that lacked variety. Overall I had a nice stay.

The lobby and restaurant looked modern, but my room at least looked a little need of some TLC. I spent 4 nights there and found the hotel to be well located to most tourist attractions and shopping districts. Unfortunately the elevators are very small,only enough for 2 people with small luggage. During my stay, I think one of the elevators was out of action for a little while, but as I was on the 2nd floor,it wasn't too much of an issue to walk the stairs. Breakfast was just OK, not great,but still OK.

This hotel is very well located; about 5mins from Plaza De Mayo. However the rooms are tired and require some refurbishment. The bathroom in particular was rather uncomfortable and took a while to receive hot water, and at times there was none at all! Breakfast was ok. Overall, for the price we paid it was an acceptable stay.

This centrally located hotel offers excellent hospitality and service, changing money for us, providing us with filtered water, and storing our bags for us on the day we left. Our room was clean and comfortable, though there was some damage on one wall. The included breakfast was good.

The hotel is good value for money with amazing staff especially Lucas who worked the night shift. Had an issue with a taxi and he was able to help. I was also allowed to have breakfast super early (6.30am and 4.30am) as I had plans for those days, and I have to thank the staff again for everything. Informative and always happy to help guests! The breakfast is continental style and was plentiful. The room was nice and big, with a clean bathroom. I booked taxis through the hotel, which was safer and more efficient. The hotel is located ideally for the local sights, like the obelisk, metropolitan cathedral, royal house, etc and also has a cheap supermarket round the corner from it, which accepts card payments (most shops only accept cash). I was able to do a city tour and used the Calonia Express to go to Uruguay for a day of sightseeing there. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would definitely visit again. I travel for a living so was excited to see this hotel on my company’s approved hotel list, and for $67 (including a *continental** breakfast!). The location is terrific; however, the hotel is definitely a 3⭐️ reaching to be a 4… A/C in room did not work, furniture is a bit beat up, pillows are just ok, bed is just ok. Friendly staff helps make up for some of the things this hotel is lacking. Keep reaching, 562, and you will be able to get there!

O hotel é muito bem localizado para tudo que se vai fazer em Buenos Aires, ao lado do metrô uns 50m. Da pra ir a pé plaza de mayo/casa rosada, San Telmo, Madero, obelisco entre muitos outros! Perto do hotel tem muitos cafés bons e famosos. Tem restaurantes e muitos kioscos. Sobre os funcionários do hotel todos sem excessão foram sensacionais nestes dias que fiquei hospedado. Foram simpáticos e muito educados. Embora não falasse o idioma deles tudo foi feito com maior profissionalismo. O quarto é bem confortável, com roupa de cama de qualidade que para mim foi ótimo! o banheiro tamanho bom e com banheira. Demora um pouco pra água esquentar mas nada que atrapalhe. O café da manhã não é variado, mas sempre foi muito bom as coisas que tinham eram de qualidade. É um hotel que voltando a CABA irei ficar de novo. A experiência foi boa!

Hermosa la atención de el muchacho y la muchacha de recepción. Hermoso hotel y buen desayuno, muy completo. Lo único malo es que se escucha todo del pasillo y la habitación de al lado. Por eso estaba la puerta cancel (doble puerta) que nunca cerré, fue mi error tal vez. Seguro volvemos!
