The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

I say I saw many reviews that said the hotel was old and they weren’t very complementary. Yes, it’s an older hotel. It’s very grand and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The bed was fine to sleep on as were the pillows, I can’t say I have any complaints. The locations is very good.

The location is in the center of the city within walking distance from Sun Yat Sen Memorial park There are a numerous restaurants around there The bus 22 service from High speed railway station to the hotel

Great size rooms. It’s an old Chinese 5 star hotel rebranded. Room smelt of smoke especially in the bathroom. Dinner was disappointing and breakfast was average. We had to keep asking for food at the buffet and they closed an hour early. Great service made up for lack of amenities.

韶關風度華美達廣場酒店在市中心，旁邊就是大超市好熱鬧。酒店大堂富麗堂皇，停車方便，車停大門即有帥哥禮賓員幫忙卸行李並送到房間。點贊前台客服為住客提供優質的服務，還給我們升級到20樓的豪華雙床房。入住的房間寬敞明亮、整潔乾淨、床墊軟硬適中、特別是蕎麥枕頭很舒適，衞生間空間大，配有大浴缸，花灑出水快水夠熱。窗外夜景很美。點贊客房部的服務員工作認真，房間衞生搞得很乾凈。自助早餐豐盛品種多，蛋撻超好吃。酒店的各項服務都做得很好，住在這酒店有賓至如歸的感覺。給酒店五星好評！值得推薦。來韶關還要入住這家酒店。

傳统五星酒店，地理位置非常好，就在韶关东站一河之隔，去风采楼，百年老街等非常近，旁边有大商場，大润发，超级方便。房间乾淨整洁，番新过，但还是有点旧的感觉，不过整体还是好的，房间对着江边景色怡人，非常不错！早餐也丰富，就是枱与枱之间空间少一点，五星酒店来说是有点不足！有地庫停车场，车场有充电位方便新能源车。整体服务也很到，是到韶关不错的选择！

韶關市區老牌的五星酒店，設施稍微有點陳舊了，其他都還可以，比較大氣上檔次，就在市區小島上，晚上停車比較麻煩，不太方便

江景房看楨江很漂亮，酒店地理位置好，隔壁就有很多商店，去百年東街也不遠。房間大，衞生間也大，早餐也不錯，停車方便，很大的地下車庫。應該説來韶關，這還是一個不錯的酒店。

五星級的硬件，三星的服務。我定的豪華房型，一開始給我開了高級房的樓層，我走到電梯口才發現酒店清清楚楚標明瞭幾層到幾層是高級，幾層到幾層（高樓層）是豪華，走回前台説，前台還狡辯了幾句才給換回高樓層。然後房間裏，洗髮水一堆，沐浴露沒有，還得補送。雖然都不是什麼大問題，但是説明服務的標準化沒執行好。 值得稱讚的是早餐，菜式很豐富，而且從服務員到掃地阿姨的服務意識都很強，見到我們一時沒找到座位馬上就過來詢問並帶到，非常棒！

酒店衞生設施一般，位置挺好的，在江邊，周圍吃的東西特別多。 下午去丹霞山玩，再也不來丹霞山景區，景色很一般，景區裏車山車海，裏面走路比車快😌，因為到處堵車。這還可以忍受。最最難忍受的是飯，所有的飯都難吃，兩天快把自己餓死在這裏，到處都難吃，難吃的一致。
