Hotel berhampiran Haemaru, Busan

This will be my second stay. Open the curtain and go to the veranda ... From the front, you can see the sea and beach of Haeundae, the high-rise buildings along the coast 🏙️, and the bridge of Guangan-ri 🌉 in the back at once. I woke up every morning and was impressed that the sea was waiting for me like this, and I can see that I was healed by the beautiful seaside and the sea breeze😃🫶✨Thank you very much♪

Все чисто аккуратно, нет зубной щетки и пасты . Есть фен , полотенца шампуни . И огромный минус , очень сильный запах в квартире визуально не видно дефузоров , но он очень сильный , я чувствительна к запахам и очень сильно болела голова спать было ужасно в этом запахе , голова болела , кондиционер не помогал . Если бы не запах хвои на весь дом и даже в туалете , было бы все отлично . Минусов нет , кроме запаха . Надеюсь мой отзыв увидят и исправят ситуацию и мы вновь остановимся в данном отеле .

As a bed-sitter, the hotel bed is very comfortable, the receptionist is fluent in English, the hotel facilities are relatively new, there is a gym, laundry, but the swimming pool is not open until July, which is a pity.I'm looking forward to coming to Busan next time because the overall check-in is very comfortable and transportation is convenient.

Very good room and location. Not too far from Busan station and port, so it’s very convenient when traveling. The only downside is that the kettle wasn’t working, but they quickly replaced which was good. I will come back when I’m in Busan again.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English) Here are my review: 1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets. The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper. 2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels. 3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

Hotel room is super clean and spacious - we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a quick 5-min walk from Busan station, which was very convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. They are promoting green travelling so they don’t provide one-time use amenities such as toothbrush and slippers for free, but there’s a vending machine at lobby should anyone needs them.

We chose this hotel based on reviews. It is true that the location is good. Many shops are all within walking distance. Subway station only few minutes can be reached. Very near to Jagalchi Fish market. The hotel room was very clean. Hotel provides microwave oven which make it easy for us to reheat our pack food. Not to forget, we love the sea view from our room😁

-전자레인지 사용을 3층 로비에서 할 수 있다는데 이용권 지급받은 블로그 후기들에서는 자유롭게 이용 가능하다하였으나 실제로 사용하러 가보니 직원용 전자레인지라고 하네요. 부탁하면 이용은 가능한듯..? -체크인 전과 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 가능하여 좋았어요 분실은 없었지만 개인 짐을 직원분들이 맡아주거나 하는 것이 아니라 오픈된 공간에 알아서 놓고 가는 식이라 누가 가져가도 모를 것 같은 분위기긴 해서 사알짝 걱정스러웠어요 -일회용품 없는 것은 좋았어요. 가운도 없어용. 샴푸 바디워시 등은 비치되어있어요 필요한 일회용품은 로비에서 구매 가능합니다~~ -페트병대신 방마다 정수기 있는 점이나 냉장실, 냉동실이 큰 부분 등은 만족스러워요 -세탁기는 비치되어있으나 장기숙박 고객에 한하여 유료 사용이라고 적혀있었어요 -조식은 전날 23시까지 신청하면 8000원에 이용 가능하다고 합니다 건물이 높아요. 다른 숙박 업체와 같은 건물에서 나누어 운영하는듯.. 신축인지 내부 시설 깔끔하고 쾌적해요 방에 암막 커튼 있어서 좋아요.

Very beautiful and clean hotel! Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Only weakness is the door is very difficult to lock and lock. Also the location is a bit far from the main attractions, but Gupo-gu is worth exploring as well, especially the Gupo Market (구포시장). Public transportation is convenient with 구포역 rail station (both KTX and metro train) located very close by.
