Ulasan Busan Beach Hotel Busan Songdo

Despite its unassuming exterior, the interior facilities of Songdo Beach Tourist Hotel were excellent. The owner couple's hospitality was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was also very good. I'd love to come back again.

The reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even providing a complimentary Chinese map. Our room on the 7th floor was quite spacious. From the balcony, we had lovely views of the inner bay and a large sports/fitness complex, which gave the area a lively, local feel. Downstairs, there's a seafood BBQ; the eel and shellfish were on the pricey side, but they were definitely very fresh.

It's a guesthouse with clean rooms and a very welcoming owner. On our last day, they kindly upgraded us to a higher floor, which offered a much better view. The location is great, very close to the beach and just an 8-minute walk to Songdo Cable Car. Definitely excellent value for money!

The only minor drawback was that breakfast didn't open at the scheduled time, which was a bit disappointing. However, everything else was excellent. They had universal power adapters available for loan, which was very convenient. My room was cleaned daily and kept spotless throughout my five-day stay, with linens changed periodically.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! I also highly recommend the Kkomjangeo (grilled sea eel) restaurant right outside the hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Busan. Highly recommend!

Right from the start, all the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They explained everything from room details to breakfast hours and menu, and even local attractions, all with a warm smile. As expected, the room was spotless, and the view was great. You can smoke on the terrace, and there's plenty of space to enjoy takeout food as well. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and if I had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. I would absolutely love to come back!

Our room was clean and spacious, featuring a private balcony and a stunning sea view. There were many local seafood spots conveniently located nearby. The nearest beach, Sogdo, was just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Service was decent. The facilities were pretty good too, but the hairdryer didn't have a cool air setting. Breakfast, however, was way too simple. All you got was a slice of toast, a glass of milk, and an egg. A small side salad would have been a nice addition.

The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient, and the view isn't what it used to be! You'll definitely need to take a taxi.

Unfortunately, the place did not meet my expectations. The environment wasn’t as nice or clean as shown in the photos. The breakfast was a bit unusual, and the cleaning service could be improved. The fishy smell was noticeable throughout the property, which might be uncomfortable for guests who are sensitive to sea or seafood scents.

The main entrance was closed, so we had to use the back entrance. The surrounding area was quite unappealing. The bathroom was poorly designed; water from the tub splashed everywhere. Breakfast was meager and limited, but the staff were friendly.
