Tissue papers all around sink when I first checked in. Instead of apologizing to me personally, the Duty manager Mr Brian Park refused to see me throughout the 3 days of my stay and hide in his office.(Cave) So disappointed,to receive such service from such reputable establishment Marriott Group.

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

Great bed good sleep convenience location.

Location is about 15 min slow walk from Haeundae Station. Booked the standard room -23 sq metres. The room size is perfect for solo travellers. May be tight for a couple. I like the layout, a retractable door to partition the bathroom and sleeping area. Nice and cozy. The breakfast is reasonably priced - perfect for me as I really only need eggs, bread, butter, jam, milk and orange juice to start my day. They’ve got all that I need;). Haeundae beach, traditional market, Mipo are all a short walk away..not mentioning the sea aquarium etc. enjoyed my stay at Fairfield.;)

The location was convenient, close to the haeundae beach and blue line park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cleanliness needs improvement though, one of towel is not thoroughly washed...

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was not far from the beach. It was easy to catch the bus or subway. There are also restaurants nearby if you don't want the hotel breakfast.

Located near to haundae beach, which was good if you're interested in beaches. However, I would recommend living near to Songdo as there are more things to do there.

I recently stayed at the Busan Marriott Hotel and had a lovely experience. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to local attractions. The modern design of the lobby and guest rooms creates a welcoming atmosphere. My room was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great bathroom.

Great location, the beach is just a short walk away. The Haeundae market and main street with lots of restaurants and cafes is not too far. The subway station is at the end of that road, maybe about a 15 minute walk to the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that goes to the popular temple, but be careful coming back, that route doesn't run all day and you may have to take a different bus back. The immediate area of the hotel has a convenience store a few doors down. The breakfast in the hotel was okay. The room was fine, clean.

It is close to the beach, clean and comfortable. However, the desk is relatively small for work.

The room was very clean and staffs were very polite too. Had a great stay there.

Amazing Staff and Clean rooms. Great experience with checking in and fast check out process.
