السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شكر جزيل لادارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين وخاصهالموظفه —- منى——- من قسم المساج اشكر حسن تعاملها واتقانها لعملها حيث انها جمعت بين المساج والعلاج الطبيعي كنت اعاني من الم على مدى سنوات في الكتف والحمدلله انتهت المشكله ورجعت مرثانيه بعد شهرين تقريبا وايضا كنت اعاني من الم في القدم ولا استطيع المشي جيدا والحمدلله خرجت من عندها وانا بكامل عافيتي من هذا الالم صراحه تعتبر من الاسباب الرئيسيه لترددنا على الفندق نتمنى لها التوفيق ولها جزيل الشكر والعرفان

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

اوتيل الريتز من أهم فنادق القاهرة موقعا وخدمة موقعه رووعة والخدمات فيه ممتازة نبدأ من خدمة تنظيف الغرف كان ليه تجربة مع احمد رجب خيرت حامد محمد عبد الهادي اهتمام بالضيف وتلبية طلباته بلباقة وحب هدفه الاول اسعاد النزيل وقضاء وقت ممتع ومريح قسم الروم سيرفيس مدام هبا من اشطر ماعرفت تفهم طلبك وابتسامة دائمة ورغبة لإرضاء الزبون رغم كثر الطلبات ناتي على باب شرق ومطعم الاوتيل البوفيه ستاف كامل جاهز بكل تدريب جيد وحاضر لخدمتك بكل حب وجودة في الأداء اوتيل اكثر من رائع بكل اقسامه وشكر خاص للمدير العام السيد احمد على حسن التعامل واللطف

It is centrally located opposite the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect luxury. It was clean and the sheets as with all Egyptian cotton was great. The teens loved it as it was run down with an old world charm. I suggest walking the 130 states up for hood exercise Hany and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included. The main reason I give this a good review was their graciousness with my husband forgetting to cancel 3 rooms in early Jan and transfer booking to Feb and they did not charge us He rang them the day we were supposed to be there

People working in this hostel is so kind to guests and always helping. Khalid is such polite, kind and smiley faces, guys with fluffy hairs also kind, helpful and nice. And girl from South Africa is such a beautiful as face and character like Egpytian God. Ladies cleaning the rooms they so kind. They are very nice. Since i had limited time in Cairo and visited the city all day, i couldn't spend more time as expected, i really could wish to spend more time with them. High recommmended.

the place is quite simple but what make it special for was the location...its serounded with coffeeshops restaurants and etc people who are working there are super friendly. although i dont remember names but the house keeper is nice.helpfull and smiling the girl at the reception at day time is happy to help the man at late night sheft is also happy to recomend you places to eat and giving me good information

It's hard to put into words how special my time was Lotus Hotel. As a single and first-time traveler to Cairo, it was the perfect place to stay for a week, and understand what daily life is like. I was able to walk to so many places once I felt confident with the rhythm of the streets (thanks to Samir Fayek). This place has so much character and warmth to share even if it's not a ”luxurious” hotel. (Personally, I'm more interested in the depth and a story -- if you're looking for that, you will find it here. ) Ayman, Emad, Abeer, Ibrahim, and Adel (and others that I know I'm forgetting, sorry!) made me feel so welcome and couldn't have been more gracious. On my next trip to Egypt, no matter where I am, I will go out of my way to return to Lotus to say hello to everyone there. Mr. Wafik Doss (owner of the hotel) is a gem and a true professional in the world of hospitality, and I will continue to stay at his hotels in the future when I'm back in Cairo. Mr. Doss kindly introduced me to Mina and Samir Fayek (tour guide experts) that I highly recommend using if you're staying at Lotus or Windor. (They've been working together for ~40 years.) Wafik and the Fayek Tour Guides work from their hearts; I was lucky enough to experience it and will be forever grateful.

非常不錯，除了有一點熱

房間環境還可以，位置也可以

房間有些陳舊，剛進去感覺有股黴味。房間挺大，洗漱用品的什麼都沒有。
