Positive aspects - cheap, food ok, superb location, nice pool, some staff amazing. Negative aspects - rooms extremely dirty, crockery dirty, men's discarded, used underpants left in entrance for a whole day, moldy air con and leaking ceiling over toilet, some staff very rude, drinks heavily watered down, doesn't cater for different dietary requirements. I have no doubt that this review will be answered by someone stating that I was mistaking my hotel for a more luxurious one - no I wasn't. It costs nothing to keep things clean and to have manners, that's basic good customer service, whatever the cost or the rating of the hotel. I expect I will also get a reply stating that the hotel doesn't advertise the fact they don't cater for different dietary requirements; no, they don't but they also don't advertise that they don't, either.

Poor hotel, staff were rude and unhelpful. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Very poor quality and food was terrible. Definitely do not recommend. Bed broke from just lying on it. Terrible holiday experience. Would not stay here again! Kids pool is a tiny hot tub size pool, no playground as described. Extra activities were just loud music.

Stayed early June couples. Hotel grounds - very clean, the whole place is very well kept and smart. We had a hire car and lots of places to park Food - not unpleasant. But very limited options and repetitive. The restaurant staff weren’t the most friendly, and it was always very busy, so imagine it’s hectic in peak season. Pool - very well kept, lifeguard was very miserable and rude to a few staying. Didn’t bother me but did see a few “moments”. There’s so little sun loungers you would be very lucky to get set up unless you’re out crazy early. Pool is also very deep if visiting with kids. Bar - bar staff really tidy, bar is clean and I enjoyed the drinks. Entertainment was good to considering outside peak and not the biggest place. Rooms - very basic, clean but basic. If you need any modern necessities you have to pay to hire them such as fridge, iron, etc. Location - this was the best part of it, really close to the beach and a lovely ***** of bars and restaurants. To sum it up it’s a very reasonable budget stay. I probably wouldn’t go again but if you’re going for a week you’ll likely have a great time because of the location. Nothing was unpleasant just is what it says on the tin, cheap and tidy

Brilliant staff, ever so friendly, and they really cannot do enough for you. Rooms are clean, simply fitted and cleaned regularly. The pool area is lovely and fully non smoking. I’m a smoker and that really didn’t bother me, I think it’s nice to have that attitude. The smoking area is nearby nonetheless. Plenty of food choices for each meal, buffet style, vegetarian options are also available. I couldn’t comment on Vegan options but they are very hospitable and will certainly make the effort for your needs. I had read previous reviews about this place and 95% of them were right - it’s a great place to go to. The other 5% were expecting luxury at budget prices! If you are expecting 5⭐️accommodation on the cheap then you’re a fool! However, if you want a lovely experience great people and a great standard for a great price, then look no further! That’s were you get the 5⭐️ experience! 2 mins from the beach 2 mins from Restaurants Quieter part of town Right in the middle of Cala Millor & Cala Bona. 10 mins walk either way and you’ll be in the middle of the fun. I CANNOT recommend this venue enough! FYI, the pics were taken 2mins from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff serving great food and local drinks. The food was different each day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and you can really spoil yourself and gain quite a few pounds if you are not careful. The outside pool was also good with plenty of sun loungers. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach where the water is clear and clean. On the beach front there is a great choice of restaurants, shops and beach activities to pass the time.

Honestly the reviews do not do this hotel justice whatsoever, I’m quite fussy but personally I thought the food was so so good, there was always something nice to eat, for example one night there was fajitas or even there was a chocolate fountain with many options to dip in. There was plenty of options and even had a salad bar and a fruit station, everything changed each day so it wasn’t repetitive. The pool yes was on the smaller side but was still good enough to swim in, not loads of sunbeds but we always managed to get some and if people were saving them from very early on and not turning up the lifeguard would remove the towels so that others who were actually there can have them. The rooms were very clean and very sufficient size for two of us. The entertainment wasn’t extravagant but they did try with bingo and some karaoke. It’s a very quick walk into town even with an Aldi 5 mins down the road. I saw a review earlier about an euro for a cup, which yes is true but it’s because they’re eco friendly so they’re proper cups so when you return them you get the euro back, and it’s not like you have that same cup the whole time it’s a fresh on each time. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and definitely deserves a higher rating.

We have had a lovely holiday here! A perfect location for a quiet stay. We came for some sun and peace! We met many others our age which was nice as we didn’t expect too (18-26)! All rooms had twin beds which we didn’t expect though as love holidays said we could upgrade to a double apartment but according to the hotel they don’t have any double beds! Kevin and Sadikh were very friendly, welcoming and funny! Sorry for annoying you when we got back from our nights out. I highly recommend vodka slushy or malibu pineapple for drinks! They aren’t tight with their pours either which is a bonus! Entertainment wise: we did bingo and there was live music some nights (not all nights). I feel there needs to be more of a music focus, more live singers or dancers as some nights I feel there was a lack of entertainment outside (music). Pablo and Dania were lovely, friendly and ran games through the day like waterpolo, table tennis and aqua fit! Food wise: I am a very picky eater and did not feel like there were many options suited to myself or children. There was only chips! No chicken nuggets at all. One day there was pizza but I only saw this twice. One improvement would be more options as sometimes there was 2 trays with the same things so I would recommend to have more options than 2 of the same. Breakfast I can’t fault, lots of options I liked and there is cereal, fruit and yogurt if you want a light breakfast! Location: PERFECT LOCATION!! Right by the beach, lots of bars and live music in other places. Blueside is the best place for music and cocktails, if you show your wrist band you get 10% off too. It’s a 10 min walk maximum! Lots of different restaurants, the greek one is gorgeous! Thank you for our stay, we will return!!

Very well presented and clean, inside and out. Food good quality and plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Pool is relatively small but adequate. Night time activities for adults eg bingo, pop quizzes.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights in May. On arrival we were met by friendly reception staff, who unfortunately had to break the news to us that there was some issues with the apartment we had booked and it wouldn't be ready until the following day so we had to have a double room for 1 of the nights, but as promised the next day we got moved over to the apartment block and had been upgraded free of charge to a superior apartment which was really nice and roomy, also the terrace was HUGE. We really appreciated the upgrade and it made our holiday even more enjoyable also they gave us an all inclusive wristband to use for the remainder of our stay as a good will gesture which I thought was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean my only negative would be maybe the bathrooms could do with a little upgrade to match the style of the rest of the apartments as they were a little outdated. But overall we enjoyed our stay, we only had 1 breakfast and 1 lunch meal while we was there so can't really comment on the food, what we had was nice but like I said was only 2 meals, drinks prices were cheap at the hotel as before we got the upgrade we bought a few on out 1st night after going exploring the local bars. This hotel is in a very good location a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. All hotel staff were very polite. Thanks for a good stay!
