Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

Special Feedback for Hyatt Centric Team . The World Animal Day event was truly impactful, with meaningful engagement from both families and kids. The focus on social awareness for street animals is such an important aspect, and it’s wonderful that people were able to learn and connect over this cause. A Big thanks to Mariam, Praveen and the Hyatt Centric team for organising such a thoughtful and enlightening event! Great concept with Active Participating certification for kids , with all knowledgeable sessions, I would say this is the best Recreational Activities providing hotel in Goa , with different Activities for kids and family .

Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель! I have stayed here for 2 Days with Family, Restaurant & Rooms are very Clean, Staff was very polity & Give all Facilities at Room, Even Good Night Mosquito Liquid had provided. Thanks I would like to suggest stay here & enjoy Goa trip.

The Alor Holiday Resort is a solid hotel. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest beach access point, and around that same distance or a little more to other beach access points, shops, and restaurants. The A/C units in the rooms are extremely powerful (when they work), but they don’t cover the bathroom, and the bathroom windows might not fully close, so the best thing to do is close the bathroom door as much as possible throughout the day to keep the rest of the room cool and deal with the heat and humidity in the bathroom. The food is pretty good, too. There’s a pool, but sadly we weren’t able to go in it because of our timing. The English of the staff isn’t amazing, across both food service staff and concierge staff, so that made certain interactions and transactions harder than they needed to be. This was a bit odd, given that Goa is primarily a tourist place. Don’t let the staff tell you that you can’t pay for the meals by credit card; you can, you just have to go to the concierge (which is 20 feet away).

Property is near to calungte beach. Walking distance of 4-5 minutes. Hotels is just ok kind of. Rooms tv was getting hang in every 2 minutes. Pool tiles are broken ones. Parking space is less so need to leave car key at reception. Breakfast was good with sufficient options. Hotels lighting n reception ambience is also nice.

Casa Saverina has been our go to hotel when we have visited Goa in the last 8 trips. We have been visiting the hotel for the last 10 years and they have always exceeded expectations. - The staff is cordial and exceedingly helpful. They will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. - The food is amazing and we have always opted for breakfast included stays as the food is really good and the breakfast spread large. - The rooms are nice and big and they maintained the old Portuguese charm. It has a rustic charm to it which you won't get at any of the big hotel chains that you have in Goa. - The beach is walking distance and they provide towels for the beach so you don't have to bring anything of your own. For the past 10 years we have travelled as a couple, my wife has travelled solo and now we come with our kid. It is for everyone and in the last 10 years we have always felt a sense of calm coming here. The hotel is and always will be our go to place when we come to Goa. Saying it's a hotel would be wrong. It's a HERITAGE PLACE. Rather than staying in one of the hotel chains which have the same rooms no matter where you go, you should come to this place which gives you an authentic feel of Goa.
