Courtyard Calgary downtown experience was good. It was nice and clean. Also Good location is good.

The officer at the front desk didn’t help us to give information about the rental car location.

The staff were very helpful and the bar service and food were very satisfying even when we arrived close to closing time .

Location strategic as there are fewer homeless people around compared with the 7th Avenue or core shopping area, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. It's near Chinatown too. I however do not particularly like this hotel as there's no kettle inside the room, air conditioning is rather strong and couldn't be adjusted except the temperature. Nothing to eat nearby and the restaurant on 2/F requires booking. The hotel doesn't have a character itself. Most ridiculous is that they require a security deposit by really debiting my credit card upon my checkin (usually hotels won't present the card for similar deposit as security).

Excellent Experience and staff. Parking was a little bit confusing, but overall a great experience. Will be returning.

Good stay though the surrounding business area was quite quiet over the weekend that I stayed.

Clean hotel. Rooms only get serviced every second day.

The hotel service was great. Staff were nice. The environment was clean. Only thing to improve is the lack of toothbrushing package and slippers.

Everything is good aside from the pillows and comforter, they smell bad as if they didn’t change it. Hopefully this gets to the management for improvement.

Good location, no parking inside the hotel building or must use the valet services. Mistake also happened

Great hotel, the room was clean and new, could just stay in the room all day. The water bottle only given on the first day.
