Anyone visiting the south of Brazil should take the opportunity to visit this location and stay at the Parador. An easy less than 3 hours drive from Porto Alegre on an excellent and beautiful road , the Parador is located at short driving distance from Itambezinho Canyon , one of the highlights of the Region. The hotel setting is simply spectacular , with a river and falls running through it , beautifully appointed chalets , friendly service and excellent food. The hotel organizes horseback riding tours ( not to be missed ) , quad and tours of the canyons. There are also a few beautiful trails inside the property. Truly unforgettable!

Relax and Good Food&Wine Go for the lamb and mint pesto, the matambre, the carreteiro de costela. Don’t miss the churrasco fogo de chão on sat/wed. Gaúcho Culture And Great scenery. Amazing Service, the canyons and the balloons are a must. My guess is that the winter is too cold. January was sunny, rainy, good temperatures

Hotel excelente em todos os quesitos. Excelente para um final de semana de descanso. Devo destacar que a infraestrutura, atendimento, acomodação e gastronomia são os pontos altos do lugar. Super recomendo essa experiência a todos. Outro ponto a se destacar é a natureza que cerca o hotel.

Excelente lugar, romântico, acolhedor, com excelente infraestrutura. Tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes. Orgulho de ter um lugar assim aqui no sul. A equipe é nota 10, desde a recepção… O restaurante excelente. Não precisamos sair da Pousada para fazer refeições em outro lugar. Assistir o por do sol na frente de uma fogueira no chão é uma experiência maravilhosa! Curtir a natureza, se desconectar!
