Hotel is lovely, very picturesque. Receptionists and the rest of the employees were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The rooms are cute but by no means what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Our son was constantly woken by the noise of our neighbours as the walls are paper thin and clanking and footsteps from the people above. You can hear TV, over hear phone conversations and things one would not like to hear (it is kind of romantic hotel). Also the noise from the motorway is not blocked by the windows. Other than breakfast, we never ate at the hotel as the food was served only after 8.30pm which is too late for our son. Also, when I asked to see the restaurant menu, I was told that the only menu we can choose from is the cafeteria menu with burger and sandwich or something similar on it. Not quite a dinner we’d like to have in Spain or in a romantic getaway. What also really bothered us was a lack of storage - no shelves or drawers. One big wardrobe with 6 hangers and one shelf - for 3 peoples clothing for 7 days. Sick of living off from a suitcase. We definitely won’t be coming back here, as it’s far from our expectation of a 4-star getaway (we have stayed many times at a 3-star hotel near by and this won’t compare, maybe few stars have been given for the sauna and pool?). If little things like missing a wardrobe door, towels with holes (they are nicely scratchy though!) and noise from the neighbours doesn’t bother you, then it is a lovely hotel to stay in. (Stayed on second floor with the balcony overlooking motorway). Just not for our taste. Ps! Also the car park is tiny and if you come back later in the evening you might struggle with finding parking.

El lugar está muy bien. Tienes abajo una taberna y un restaurante muy apañados, mientras que el hotel principal de ellos está a 2 minutos andando. Lo apartamentos son simplemente enormes. El personal me pareció muy amable y se preocuparon además de devolverme el dinero de la última noche que finalmente no pude disfrutar por causas ajenas. 100% recomendable!

Hotel room was expected - good size, cleanliness ok and separate vanity and washroom (Twin room). No slipper, no tissue and no drinking water. Don’t expect to have any dry amenities. Please avoid breakfast as there was NOTHING to eat. Not even an egg or croissants. There is a Burger King nearby which I believe is a better place for breakfast. Service for both front office and food outlets was poor.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Staying here for a week on business. The rooms are basic with some of the fittings a bit worn but the bed was comfortable and plenty of space. The restaurant had good food served quickly. Not a huge choice but enough for my needs. It doesn't open until 20.30 but they will serve drinks before then. The hotel is well situated for the business park and you could walk to it. About twenty minutes or so. Just as well because the parking spaces at the business park fill up quite quickly. There is some noise from the road but not enough to keep me awake at night. I would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel bien situé proche des grands axes. Grand parking devant l’hôtel. Réceptionniste très sympathique et serviable, chambres grandes, propres et bien insonorisées. Salle de bain tout confort. À recommander, tarif plus qu’abordable

We were very much lured in by the allure of a 4* hotel in an area that was quite expensive but given the premium that you pay for such a hotel I can say wholeheartedly it is not worth it. The hair dryer in the room had no filter which meant that it trapped hair constantly. However, the biggest issue was with the shower leaking profusely to the point that it flooded the entire room. Upon alerting the receptionist, who did not seem phased in the slightest, we were handed a stack of towels and left to deal with it ourselves. The flooding caused a significant amount of damage to both an already damaged room and our personal property which can only lead me to conclude that this was not the first time that this occurred. The door strip threshold was damaged to begin with but the leaking of the shower meant that the bathroom door did not even close. The room was not as described and the rooms look like nothing like the pictures. The location of the hotel is isolated with no transport links which means any potential savings you may have made on the hotel you end up spending substantially more on taxis. The hotel was unbothered by this and not only were we given the wrong email to send our concerns to but they responded essentially defending the fact that they were 4*s and there was nothing we could do as we did not report it at the time, however if they read my email correctly they would have seen that we did. I did not want to leave a negative review but the hotel has left me with no choice but to do so as they have not adequately responded to my concerns despite giving them ample opportunity to do so. I do believe that the apathy of the supposed director of the hotel shows that this establishment is run clinging to its 4* status and does not believe that the product the provide has to match this status. I do hope that this honest review with pictures will deter other travellers from staying here as it is not worth the aggravation and upset.

Hotel magnífico a 10 minutos del centro se valencia a destacar su limpieza de habitación y de Hotel en general utilizamos el spa y estuvimos genial el desayuno por 12 euros persona cumplió nuestras expectativas y el parking por 6 también enhorabuena a toda la gente que trabaja ahí y en especial a los limpiadores/as porque lo hacéis genial 👏👏

Staff amazing from check in onwards. Yes it’s basic in terms on what’s on offer but the rooms are spacious and very clean and if you are planning to be out all day it’s perfect as it’s so close to the airport and Metro . We found it the perfect base and the staff can’t do enough. Thank you for making our holiday
