Staff are friendly & promptly. Service is good and our entitlements are mentioned when checked in. Except the location is a bit far from central market but it is manageable.

Đặc biệt là các bn nhân viên ở đây rất niềm nở như Trinh, Tường, Vân hỗ trợ rất là nhiệt tình ^^. Dự định là sẽ có chuyến công tác ở Cần Thơ và sẽ ở tại khách sạn SOJO nữa!!!

I like this hotel and may stay there again if I am in Can Tho. The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, near the busy area by the river. There are plenty of dining options and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and quite big (seemed wider than a regular King size bed). Breakfast was good.

The location is close to / in the center, on big street. Room is as described and as photos. Have everything for basic needs. Staffs are friendly and easy to get in contact with them if needs

This hotel is in a nice location, not far from the river, quiet in the evenings. Not far from important places. It is a large hotel with big rooms, large reception area, easy parking, has a grand feeling to it. But the hotel is not being kept up well. Walls have marks on them, carpets have stains, it looks and feels old. And so instead of making renovations and modern changes, they include breakfast buffets and lower the price some days. It’s too bad, I’m sure when the hotel first opened, many people talked about it.

Would definitely stay again but we should have upgraded our room. The grounds are lovely with 2 pools but the rooms were a little tired and small. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Cảm nhận riêng của mình về không gian phong cảnh rất thích hợp cho người cần sự thư giãn , yên tĩnh như mình . Rời xa Thành phố nhộn nhịp để tận hưởng và thả lỏng ! Giá cả bình dân , phù hợp với tất cả mọi người ,
